The machine looks great and cleans very well meets my expectations

Deep and tall interior really makes this easy to load and unload. The blue LED's look very high teck during operation. Stainless steel inside and out makes for a beutiful look even when it's open. No staining on this interior like I've had in all my other units. Price was right as well!

It's spacious to use, elegant design and is energy efficient!

This dishwasher is quiet when it runs and cleans dishes thoroughly. The forks and knives that I have are fatter handles and don't fit in the tray holders with the lids closed, not a big deal - just lift the lid and put in the holder.

I haven't had a dishwasher since 2010 so I wasn't sure what to expect. I put a relatively dirty dish into the washer and it got everything else dirty. I thought that between 2010 and 2015 dishwasher technology would've advanced to where I didn't have to prewash, but that's not the case for this model. It still works well with prewashing, though.

A lot of room on the inside. Leaves everything very clean.

product stopped working within 8 days of installation. best buy would not take responsibility to fix/repair/replace despite extended warranty and samsung would not take responsibility. had to make too much noise for someone to listen. scheduled to see samsung personnel, don't know what to expect.

I love this dishwasher. It is so quiet that the first time I used it I wasn't sure it was actually on. Our old dishwasher was so loud we could hear it in the next room. Also it really gets our dishes clean!

Bought as part of a package deal. A huge improvement over what we had. Lighting is great, some wasted space in door/under ice maker, freezer space is smaller than the older fridge and sometimes the doors don't close all the way or pop open if you shut it too hard. Really have to keep an eye on that with kids/teens in the house.

A little louder than I thought it would be, but it does not bother me. Cleans dishes just wonderfully. I cannot believe how much room there is inside for loading the dishes. So happy we picked this one.

Cleans well. The only issue I have with it is that, after use, the inside never completely dries.

We've owned this for a few months now and I was hoping that the 'off gassing' electronic chemical smell would go away...but sadly it hasn't. Just awful smell every time we run a load of dishes. Then the rack system for this unit sucks. The tines are to close and angled so if you have odd shaped dish ware it's difficult to fit them in. Bottom line is I am disappointed that I purchased this...but seems I'm going to be stuck with it for many years now, groan. Look for a different dishwasher...

Was installed two days ago, so far it we have ran two small loads and it has done a great job. It is quiet. Have not had any issues as some reviews have stated. Dishes have dried well with the sanitized option.

I was hesitant at first to buy this since I did not have any experience with this co. appliances but so far It has served me well with out spending twice the price for comparable washers. But then I am one who does not see the point in having a bunch of whistles and bells that I will or do not use in my appliances, anyway

We bought a dishwasher from Best Buy. Took a few days to deliver and I got busy at work so didn't install the unit. Then decided not to tackle it on Mothers Day so waited for the next weekend. Installed it and it leaked out the front door. Now I'm past the 15 day return period (which I didn't realize, but is at the bottom of the receipt) so Best Buy said you need to call Samsung. Samsung says you need to have a "professional installer" install it before they will believe there is a problem. OK who do you want me to use. We don't have installers and don't care. You have to find one. Back to Best Buy. $140 we will send out our installer. Installer looks at installed machine, does a minor leveling tweak and says, It leaks out the front door. Back to Best Buy - past 15 day refund period, it's Samsung's problem. Call Samsung - one year warranty we will fix it in your home. Who Will fix it? I ask. He gives me the name of an appliance company who will come fix it. I'm sorry, I thought you didn't have service providers. What about the $140 I paid to have some one tell you it leaks. "Not our problem." So we have a $600 Samsung dishwasher, that hasn't washed a dish being fixed in our home in the near future. One week later . . . The gentleman that Samsung sent to fix the dishwasher, looked things over, played with the leveling and told my wife it leaks but you can use it until I get back with a seal to fix it. Just keep a cloth on the floor to catch the drops. He said it will take about a week to get the seal and get back to fix it. Seriously. You are sent to fix a leaking dishwasher and you don't bring the seal. This whole situation is ridiculous. We have a $600 dishwasher, that we had to pay Best Buy another $140 to tell Samsung it leaks. And now we sit a month with a brand new, defective Samsung dishwasher from Best Buy in our home and it's no big deal to the manufacturer or retailer.

Hardly hear it running. Cleans well.Very easy to load.Jet Dri compartment too little for my tastes. Stainless steel interior a very nice feature at a great price.
