Was skeptical about keeping it bc it didn't have the drying system I was use to by the rinse aid does the trick and i like it!

We never used the dishwasher before we had kids. Then we started using our old dishwasher and thought that that's how it was some of the dishes washed and some didn't, until we got the new samsung. Now everything gets clean and we can fit twice as many dishes in this one.

I bought this dish washer to replace the used one that I bought. So now my kitchen is completely finished with all new shiny appliances from Samsung I feel elite.

After installation, we ran this once and then a day or two later, it kept trying to drain nonstop even though it was empty and off. We had to unplug it and call for assistance. It ended up there was a small amount of water underneath shorting it out. Ever since t was fixed it has been great! Very quiet, efficient, and looks great!

Haven't use this product yet it's on the best deal at Best Buy product looks great sleep stainless steel can't wait to use

This dishwasher takes about 2 hours to complete a normal cycle. It does get the dishes clean. Do not like the way the prongs are on the bottom rack. My dishes have a hard time fitting.

i like the look, but when I used it the dishes wasn't perfect clean, I need to see the manual again to see if i need to do something different for better results.

Great new machine. Large capacity, great looking stainless inside and out and so quiet. Love that the buttons are hidden inside so my toddler can't push them.

Very simple dishwasher to self-install. Quite and cleans great with several cleaning options to choose from. The racks also have several options to choose from and you have three different height settings for the top rack. The silver facing is a little hard to keep clean and shows finger prints. A good silver appliance cleaner is a must.

This is our first Samsung product. The dishwasher has a contemporary look and very quite!

It cleans! I like the washer overall but the rollers on the racks do not glide as smoothly as the overly priced models. For the money, I'll put up with it.

I had to purchase this Samsung dishwasher because we previously purchased the matching Samsung refrigerator. We are trying to match all appliances in our kitchen. I was a little unhappy because I really liked what the salesperson was saying about the Bosch brand. I wasn't sure this dishwasher was going to be as good. I am very happy with how my dishes look when they come out of the washer. I am also very pleased with how quiet it is. I previously had a GE. It was an older model, but it was very loud. It also looks great in our kitchen. I love the top rack, but am still trying to get used to loading the bottom. I am not used to the design.

Works fine very quiet cleans well as long as you use rinse aid and that is what all dishwashers work these days (rinse aid)

Huge capacity . Washes everything great. Super quiet.

We have 5 rental homes in addition to our own home so own and manage a total of 6 properties and are frequently buying appliances. We own 30 different appliances and this is the first appliance that has ever failed within the 1 year warranty period. This Samsung dishwasher failed after 6 months of use. The Samsung web site is excellent for displaying Samsung's products that are for sale but is dreadful for arranging technical support or service. Finally, nearly a month after the dishwasher failed, it was repaired. The service technician also commented that Samsung dishwashers have the poorest construction of any brand he services. My advice to you would be not to purchase any appliance that is made by Samsung.

Works as advertised... Washes and disposes of small food particles with ease. Installed myself with easy set-up.

I really love this dishwasher. It works great and is really quiet. Only complaint is there's no separate dry feature.

Very quiet, but water doesn't dry very good. I think it needs to be hotter.
