Your staff and services were excellent. Your third party installer was a disaster. Vince was incompetent, childish and a waste of time. I installed it myself and every claim from Vince was wrong- cabinet space was just right, drain was available and easy to connect. Vince and supervisor did you NO GOOD!

Very quiet and gets the dishes clean. This was a great deal. They had this item in stock. Which was much needed at the time. Received great service.

Very good dishwasher, very quiet. Only thing I don't like is that the bottom rack comes all the way out too easily and then ends up coming off the rails. Otherwise would give it 5 stars.

I bought this dishwasher because it matched with my other appliances, iam very disappointed that it do not dry dishes like a normal dishwashers do. Well design is great wash well but do not dry completely.

This dishwasher does not dry very well at all, tried sanitize still wet glasses & dishes. Also has a old sock smell every time I open it like stagnant dirty water is remaining inside . Love the way it looks and how quiet it is, but very disappointed.

This dishwasher does a good job cleaning. However, it is difficult to load and requires an additive to keep spotting down. If we could do it over, we would spend the extra for a better machine. Not user friendly.

We are very pleased with our new Samsung dishwasher, it cleans well and is quiet.

This dishwasher was a good value for the features and finishes. However two problems standout. The wine glass holders do not stay in the locked up position which is aggravating when trying to load the upper rack when you do not have wine glasses. It is a two hand function. The energy efficiency is obtained by the body cavity walls storing the heat from the wash and rinse cycle and using that heat for the dry cycle without a fan. The final process even after hours of allowing the contents to cool is you need to be prepared to dry some upper rack items, especially plastic component products, with a cloth before putting them away. More work but saves energy.

This was a part of a great appliance bundle and was a good deal.

I am satisfied with this Samsung dishwasher. It's quieter than expected and really can wash greasy dishes clean. Stainless surface fits my other kitchen appliances and easy for cleaning.

Matches the look of all the other purchases we made. All Stainless. This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever been around. The first time we ran it my wife had to tell me it was on.

It doesn't make noise at all. Very quite and it cleans really well. Also, the interior lay out is fantastic. I can load twice as much dishes and silverware than with my old machine.

Dishes come out clean, I am getting used to the forced air dry. I also like the quietness of the dishwasher. I don't hear it running!

the first thing I noticed and love, was how quiet it is! love the ability to adjust how high the top rack is and the amount of dishes I can load. could have been a bit less expensive

I'm 60 years old and dishwashers usually last FOREVER. The only time Ive changed is the few times i've moved. oh my what a NIGHTMARE this otherwise sleek attractive stainless steel dishwasher has been. The controls are flat panel and I think ive developed arthritis in both of my hands --they ACHE from trying to press the power on. Well now it rarely even powers on AT ALL and when it does, it lights up HEAVY WASH and goes right to the drain cycle ONLY. A great. i was stupid i didn't buy the bv warranty. i've been on the phone with samsung directly about 3 hours off and on and they still can't get me the link to service. this is not good.

I have many Samsung items, phone/tv/blu ray player, & they are all great so I assumed that this dishwasher would be as well... not so much. It has this horrid smell inside that kicks you in the face when you open it throughout the week to put dirty dishes in (not right after a wash thankfully). It doesnt leave that smell on dishes either so thats a plus I suppose. But the tracks in the two racks are complete garbage! I have already had two of the wheels pop off the top track & one on the bottom. Mind you, I only use this thing once a week, & this happened all within the first month & a half. The bottom rack is the worst though. Every time I pull it out to put dishes in & then go to push it back it in gets stuck & you have to force it the rest of the way, and I literally mean EVERY TIME. I have tried different approaches to make it roll back in smoother but nothing works. The "touch" buttons on the top of the door also completely SUCK. I some times have to push the power button ten times to get it to turn on. WTF?! I honestly wish I never bought this dishwasher :(
