I use this TV when I want to work out or in the kitchen. I connect my TV to apple TV and thats it. I had to buy an HDMI cable of course to use the apple TV. I haven't really bothered with the TVs' features.

Very dissatisfied with best buys return policy TV was too small would have exchanged for larger one but your short return policy was terrible! So returned and bought from different store!!

The picture quality is good, but the sound is not. The sound seems to come from the back of the TV which makes for an odd viewing experience.

Was planning to use this monitor with my home security system at home and the picture quality was underwhelming. Real time video picture quality was dull and not sharp. Returned it for a refund.

Everything seem to work properly with this tv except it had a single bad pixel that was red all of the time in the middle of the screen. Returned for a new one no problems.

I'm A 78 old dinosaur, The sales person told me all I had to do was plug in USB cord power cord and that was all, I did that and it didn't work so I returned it.

It fit the space well and has a great picture. Connecting it was quite easy.

I tried to by another set which was advertised. But that set was not in that store or any other Best Buy store. So I have to choose something else.

I hate to write this review because I've had so many positive experiences over the years with Best Buy and Samsung products, but the level of disappointment with the quality of this TV is such that I feel I have no choice. I was simply looking for a small TV to replace one we had in a bedroom. I got this one instead of a smart TV because I also got the Amazon Fire Stick, which would give me more flexibility with another TV I have. The picture on this TV is so blurred I can't even watch it without getting a headache. I really expected better from Samsung given that I have 3 other Samsung TVs with which I've been happy. I'm concerned because I am in the market for a refrigerator and really like the Samsung models, comparatively speaking, but I don't want to spend $2k Plus on something that will disappoint me. This experience with the TV has really lowered my expectations with Samsung, unfortunately. I would rather a company not compete in lower end items if the quality is going ot suffer so much. That said, it could be that I got a rare lemon, but I was out of state for most of June and July and could not take it back for a replacement. I have told many people about my positive Samsung purchases and wish I did not have to write about this one, but fair is fair.

I purchased to use as second computer monitor but the base is unstable. Thinking of returning

Samsung makes a nice TV. Easy to set up and use. However this unit was too small for my needs. Returned until for a 28 in model.

You get what you pay for with TVs I am learning that now as this one does not have very many good options that is why it was so cheap

I am a Samsung Fanboy however, I returned this unit since the audio quality at max was to be frank wanting. For those who may retort what do you expect for $129: I returned this unit and bought a Toshiba 32L22OU in the same price range and was blown away by the dts sound quality. Regardless of this disappointment, I remain loyal to Samsung because of their A1 customer service and the generally high quality of their products.

Samsung is usually the best picture and the most vibrant. We find that the color is dull no matter how we try to adjust.

Overall the television is great for the price. Speakers are not so great.

Color does not have enough choices: Ghastly or washed out. It looks like colorized versions of 1940's movies.

Happy with the price and product bought it mainly so my kids don't play the Xbox on the tv in the living room.

Good little TV. Being used as a ckmouter monitor as it is not a Smart TV. Works welm.

I bought TV as Christmas gift for my Mom, she was very disappointed that the volume control does not go up. Volume so low she has trouble enjoying...she's tried everything to get volume to go higher. But unable to resolve

Not good reception on a antenna. Previous tv received great.
