Also it was not specified that it required to be hooked to high def box to get a full screen picture. We told the BB sales person our set up and were assured we would have a full screen.

Called the store and was told that was typical of small flat screens. Flat screens I have owned on the past did not have this problem. Two most important features for TV : picture and sound!

Clear Reception

It was a waste as a smart tv and for streaming. I imagine I will try to get it to work smart but at this point I am disappointed and don't care anymore.
