These TV's have a ways to go with their speakers. Whats the purpose in having a great screen and then a pip squeek speaker. Sales people can't recommend a good solution without a big price. An external speaker would be nice.

I have had this tv one week shy of 2 months. I was flipping through the channels and it shut off. It will come on but shuts down almost immediately. Otherwise, the tv is good for purposes. Could be a little louder.

For the first time in 10 years, husband and I are on the same work shift and I tend to hog the t.v. So, now that our new DISH TV receiver allows 2 t.v.s playing 2 separate channels, I decided to get an inexpensive second t.v. in the interest of marital harmony. I looked at many brands and read lots of reviews and this Samsung appeared to be the best bargain. I was a little nervous about setting it up because I am still trying to figure out the new DISH receiver and it sounded like it could be complicated. Nope. The Samsung immediately went into Plug & Play mode, analyzed the situation and configured itself to the DISH settings automatically! I was amazed. The picture and sound are great. This is a perfect little t.v. for the bedroom. Note: It says 24" but that is the diagonal measurement; it is only about 22" wide.

Waste of money if you will actually listen as you watch this tv. Audio is the worst I have heard since I owned a transistor radio

Just another case where the Samsung picture is again superior. From the Galaxy phones, Notebooks, monitors and TV's, samsung image quality is superior to equal-priced brands. When I go TV shopping, I always look at images side by side and evaluate the image without looking at the brand name and choose accordingly. Again. looking for a TV for my 16 year-old I choose Samsung again. I had to choose between the smart TV and not-so-smart TV. Since you can add a Google Chromecast for $35 or a Roku box via the USB port, it did not seem worth the money to buy an integrated option. The important features for a teenager were: 2 HDMI's (cable box and xbox), One USB (chromecast and videos) and a QAM tuner integrated (may not be with U-verse forever). This set checked all the boxes. A not-smart TV with a superior picture image was all that was needed. The sound quality is much better than most but there is also a optical digital and SPDIF sound out option for external sound devices along with the compulsory headphone jack. It does come with a stand and the border is very 2014 thin. I'm really impressed. I may spend more time in his (messy) room.

I wanted a small tv for the home office and had this for less than a day. The sound was awful as if the TV was mono and the volume either LOUD or faint. Each level increase in sound seemed to go a little or JUMP too much like each button push was not consistent. The image quality looked blotchy close up so I moved the tv across the room and blotchy across the room from the office. TV and DVD too so not the result of streaming. I expected better from this manufacturer, but this set was defective or bad design.

Sound is not very good. I need to get speakers. I need to find inexpensive speakers to make my experience more enjoyable.

I have had TV for 3wks and have not been able to attach stand. This TV is going to be returned!!!!! I'm VERY disappointed.

I purchased this as an open box item. When I tried to set it up, the stand enclosed didn't work. I returned the item the next day without actually turning it on.

This specific TV does not keep the full 24" when turning on. We must turn off and back on then the full pictures comes on. Happens 4 out of 5 times

when i called, the rep. in bridgewater nj nicely checked for a better or similar item to what i called about. and since she knew i was driving about 15 miles she had already arraigned to pull the item since i arrived 1 min to closing. she suggest at my request that this was a better unit than what i had called about. she was soooo right. this has 2 hdmi ports and a usb port. the set up was verrrry easy. i had had 2 other older flat screen tv's but this one is much easier to use and much better all around. it has good sound and picture quality. it's features are better than the other 2 name brand units i called about. i am really glad they recommended it! and Samsung is a well known name in electronics.

Excellent price & product. This is my third Samsung TV. That is all I have to say.

Great TV for bedroom viewing easy for a non techie person like me to install.

I purchased this tv over the Christmas holidays for the guest bedroom. It was easy to set up. Picture is great. Perfect for a small bedroom. I love Samsung TV's.

I currently have a Samsung TV in my Bedroom that is great, with picture quality and all...so I decided to buy this Samsung to put in another room. The picture quality on this one was horrible, so I returned it...very disappointed. I've had several TV's throughout my time and this is a first for poor quality.

TV was as advertised and very easy on screen setup.

The sound is terrible. Goes from loud to soft to loud. Voices sound shrill.

I realized after buying this TV is too small even for a tiny room.

If I had it to do over again, I would have bought a larger TV.

Purchased for my daughter's dorm. This television takes 15 minutes ro update everytime she turns this television on!!!!! Sales associate from Homewood, Illinois was rude and would not help me.
