We purchased this television based on the reviews, none of which mentioned how flimsy the base stand was on this unit. We put it together and nothing we did would keep the unit upright on the stand. We returned it and bought another brand.

This Samsung 24" is the perfect size for smaller rooms. The picture quality is very good with several settings available for different types of viewing. I would prefer more bass in the audio, but the sound quality is just fine for the lower volume used in a bedroom. The sale price I paid makes this purchase even sweeter...great value!

the first tv that I came home with had a defect and had to be returned. the people in the store in Paramus were very helpful and resolved the issue right away replacing the TV with another one.

It was delivered and installed yesterday and it's great, the picture, and the sound. I love everything about it so far. It fit perfectly into the wall unit and I highly recommend it if you have limited space. I loved that when it was delivered the tech's immediately put on booties outside my door. They were terrific.

The television is perfect size for my two youngest children's bedroom. I am a huge fan of Samsung and they never cease to please me with their great products; this TV is no exception. My ONLY complaint is with Best Buy. We ordered and paid for it online with in-store pick up the following day. We never received a confirmation email. When we went to get the TV, our order was nowhere to be found in their system. After almost an hour of going back and forth, them calling their corporate office and us calling their 888BestBuy WE got a hold of someone who found our order and gave us the order number, which (surprise surprise) the store associate had no problem using to find our order. Also, this TV is listed in the "Smart TV" subsection of TVs... it is NOT a Smart TV. Unfortunately, we didn't realize that was the case until we got home. Fortunately, we have a spare Roku.

I needed a small TV for my craft room, and this is perfect. It took about five minutes to attach the base and plug it in. The picture is clear, the color is good, and the sound adjustment was easy. If I needed another small TV, I would buy this one.

If you are looking for a small affordable TV for casual viewing this is a good option. It has a very basic feature set, so no smart features which is why I was interested in this. I just wanted a TV that would fit on my desk to for watching sports broadcasts. The backlights have noticeable bleed and uniformity at the edges which does not affect bright screened sports pictures, but movies and videogames with dark color palletes would be affected. It's only a 720p res screen, but it scales well and doesn't seem to matter much for a screen this size.

Very poor color, sound is very low, even when on 98 setting.direct TV set up TV,. The color adjustment is horrible.

This is one of the worst sounding little TV's I've ever heard. I should have returned it.

I did a lot of research and decided on this as the best television for the money. I was very disappointed when I got it home to find out this version no longer has a headphone jack on it. I have used computer speakers with my TV for a long time to enhance the usually bad sound from the smaller cheaper TV's. Apparently this is one of those "Changes without notice" the paperwork talks about. The TV has a good picture and adequate sound, but I have to turn it way up to be heard over my exercise equipment.

The picture quality was very bad so I had to return it after 20 days.

I'm very impressed with this TV, especially for the money. I was looking for an inexpensive HD TV for the computer room and this fits the bill nicely. It obviously doesn't match our main 52-Inch 1080p Samsung for sound, color and clarity but it comes surprisingly close for $150.00. It took a little tweaking to get it where I like it but it wasn't too bad right out of the box. Over all it's a great value for the money. One tip, get yourself a magnetic screwdriver if you don't have one, it will make the installation of the base a lot easier.

Very good tv, and solved the tinny problem with the sound. You have to go into the meny section and go to the volume and go through the different settings to get rid of the tinny noise that some of the other reviewers are talking about. Easy to set up after you get the stand screwed onto the tv itself. Enjoying every bit of it. :-)

I needed a new LED TV for my home office, something under 25 inches. I've enjoyed Samsung products before and this baby was on sale. Great picture, lots of great features, and easy to install. However, there is a simple engineering design flaw. The circuit board that has the HDMI and other ports is loosely attached within the television. When you push the cable in you can feel the circuit board move inward. You need to be gentle as, over time, I suspect the circuit board could detach at some point. Now, here's the kicker, how I discovered the design flaw: I returned the first one I bought because of this, and got another new one in exchange. When I got the second one and installed it, the circuit board did the same. There's definitely some design and engineering problems at Samsung with this television. (BTW: the CSR at my local Best Buy seemed incredulous about my claim, but exchanged it anyway.)
