This is a great product would recommend to anyone looking for a small T.V.

I purchased this TV for my sewing room. Perfect size and excellent picture.

I always choose Samsung products. I am always satisfied with the quality.

Be aware that despite the claim to the contrary in Best Buy's specification listing, this set has NO analog audio ouput, just digital optical.

Good quality, good inputs, easy to install. Small tv but small price

Right after Christmas, my old tv died. I kept looking online to view my options and eventually went into the store to view in person. This tv impressed me way more than the Smart Tv (Roku) so I brought it home. Installation was easy; I put batteries in the remote, hooked everything up, and it turned on almost instantly! No problems so far!

Easy to set-up. Better picture than 1080 of other models.

Went to the store to purchase smart tv's for my two children's bedrooms for XMas. They had only one of this model which I was assured was a "smart tv". I took model number from store rep and purchased online. NOT smart tvs but "smart capable" which means I can upgrade them later at an additional fee I am sure. Returning them ASAP!!! PS never opened the boxes as it was not what I was told I was getting.

This tv was purchased for our master bath. It sits on a shelf and is the perfect size.

After receiving the TV, I was extremely disappointed for the second time on Best Buy Online. The description is not correct for this TV. The images displayed are not this TV. There are NO HDMI nor USB inputs on the side of the TV. they are all on the back which is a problem for those who want to install this within a box. All ports are on the rear. The images also show the TV as having a head phone jack. There is NO headphone jack on this TV. This is twice now that I have purchased a product from Best Buy Online only to get something not as advertised. ( Granted the description says NO Headphone jack but who reads the description when one can look and a picture to see what the configuration is )

This is definitely the bottom level entry tv from Samsung. Be advised: it's not a smart tv. The picture is rather poor. And the sound quality is absolutely abysmal - for this alone the TV is on its way back to Best Buy.

After getting the tv hooked up I found it had a bad habit of turning itself on and off at random, and after searching online it became clear that this has been an issue for many samsung models. Not a big deal, took it back to the store and exchanged for another. Within 48 hours the replacement was displaying the same defect! I think I'll be opting for another manufacturer this time around...

Tried to use with Dell laptops - one is a couple of years old and the other is new. Unable to adjust screen size to get a good picture. Problem is not in the laptop. Also have a Visio TV that works really well with these laptops.

Buyer beware. This item is listed under Smart TV. It is not a Smart TV.
