It lagged and we could not get through one episode. I moved my wifi router directly next to the tv and it did the same thing... plugged in a hard line for a direct connection and it worked just fine. So wifi sucks !!

We're sorry to hear that you were having some issues connecting with your router. Without more information it's difficult to determine what the issue may be. We do recommend updating the firmware, which can help with overall performance; and maybe consider having your set tested with the Geek Squad. In some cases, updating the router may improve the performance of both speed and distance.
