Wish it had an indicator light when its on. Our Spectrum adaptor doesn't quite synch up so we need both controls to operate it.

We purchased a Sharp 42 inch TV earlier this year and have hot been satisfied with the TV most of the time. The screen has interference breaking up the picture .....the audio quits for a few seconds often and the channels drop back while switching from higher channels back to lower channels . We had cable company here and they checked all incoming lines from pole to the TV and found all Ok with strong signals. I purchased extended warranty which proves worthless.

I bought this TV for my mother because she did not have a smart TV. She wanted to watch Netflix. She is very happy with this TV.

So far it has been good without any real problems. It takes a few minutes to be able to use as it boots up but doesn't everything these days?

My only problem is changing the channel, it take a while when you push the button to change the channels, other than that it's great !!!

We own mostly Samsung and all our TV's are Samsung. I could not be happier and love Best Buy for their service and leaders.

Bought on sale both black and color ink cartridges for Envy 5540. Needed the black now, saving the color for near future use.

We bought this smart TV for our 3 year old so he can access to Netflix, Amazon and Hulu so we can watch our shows on our tv and he has his own.

I really like this TV, but can't figure out how to make the sound less 'tinny' sounding. It's annoying. Any suggestions on how to change it?

Love the tv and quality of the screen. It does take longer than my other smart tv to connect to the internet and start the smart hub.

I purchased a different TV at another store, and had to return it. Then I went to Best Buy and found my Samsung love it love it love it!

Good picture. Sound quality poor--comes from back (?) and could be clearer. Not very sturdy.

Couldn't get the remote to work with the cable box and visa versa so we have to use both remotes still but otherwise a good tv so far.

Good TV for Small spaces, like for a semi truck. Needs Bluetooth, or sound share capability though.

Guess, I didn't realize 24 inch was too small for what I need it for.. Was not happy with the speaker/ sound... Just disappointed with it..

Would give it five stars, but it's only 24". Yeah, it's my fault I bought a 24" TV... but it sounded like a good idea at the time.

TV works fine now but I had to return the first one and then order one and have it sent to my house. Took days but the TV itself is fine.

I recommend Samsung tvs all day everyday. I work in audio/visual and we mainly use Samsung tvs on all of our installs!!
