    Replaced older tv in guest room. Smart hub allowed the to use their own Netflix account.

    Purchased this "smart TV" to avoid paying monthly box rental. Works better with cable/digital/Internet connection. Not "instant on." OK for me as a replacement in bedroom where I rarely watch. Finding timer cumbersome. Cannot change tone, color, etc., while Internet viewing - bummer. Recommend if you don't care about these these tradeoffs.

    I purchased this TV to eliminate having to connect devices for NetFlix and Hulu. The TV is very convenient and has a decent picture, however, the sound is hollow sounding and doesn't project well. I have tried changing the settings, nothing helps. It does have an output for a speaker, however, I do not have room to have an additional speaker attached.

    EASY TO INSTALL BUT WITH A NEW CHARTER BOX HAD TO HAVE THEM GET IT CONNECTED, AS BOX WAS DEFECTIVE.
