We have a small built in space and limited choices. Purchase this television, but could not get good picture and returned it forr an LG with greater resolution.

When I got the TV there wasn't an instruction manual in the box and so I return it and got a different brand because Samsung wasn't helpful.

Good with all respects except it takes a long time to turn on and switch modes, and I had to add a 50 dollar signal booster to get a picture.

The only problem I have with this tv, is that it takes forever to update every time we turn the tv on to watch Hulu or Netflix.

The Sling box 500 is very easy to connect to any tv using the composite, component or HDMI cables. The onscreen instructions are very easy to follow however after the setup is complete the remote viewing process isn't very clear in the instructions regarding which app or program to use when using the 500. If you are using a laptop it isn't the same process as when you are using an Ipad.

the tv is nice however I have noticed the sound level is not up to par. May have to take it back for servicing. Too low

a two year old TV -I wouldn't have bought a two year old tv-I thinking I'm buying a current model -I wanst happy

This TV went into an RV bedroom so had to get a small TV. Wish we could've found a 1080p or higher.

Good tv for our 6 year old to watch his Netflix on. Internet is a little slow on it but it works.

I bought for the spare room that the grandkids stay in at times so it works well for that purpose

Well it would have been nice to change channels as well on the TV, and a stronger WiFi connection.

I purchased this to replace a non-smart tv in my kitchen/breakfast area. The size is perfect--it will fit under a cabinet. The set is easy to use, features are all there, so you aren't stuck with cable offerings: you can dial up and watch movies/shows/etc from all the services. Beautiful picture, great functionality, perfect size.

Picture was not so good and volume had to be at 90% to hear

We bought 2 of these and they are not good. Maybe it was the 2 we had or the other 2 we got Eben we took those to swap. Either way the smart hub would just say preparing and never work so we now have a different Samsung model. Maybe the TV part was good but we don't do cable only Netflix or Vudu and it windbreaker work for those.

Clunky set up and it seems to always be setting up when I try to use the smart hub.

TV is hostile to set up. You'd think that a "smart" device would be simple but this one isn't. I never did get it to merely go to the Spectrum app that I downloaded so I could watch TV. Instead of returning the TV I added a Roku device which makes the TV work as I wanted it to. Next time I'll buy a Roku TV instead!

This tv was great. It was just to small for me to look at.

The sound on this TV is very fuzzy/tinny! I had to purchase a ZVOX Soundbar. Some staff knew the department products and were able to be very helpful. One person, didn't keep up with the audio product features, and so was mis-directing us!! Except for that person, all in all the service was very accommodating.
