Worked okay as a monitor and TV it was okay nothing jump up and down about

this tv has a very poor sound and has nothing special. is like any other smart tv.

It is OK. A bit difficult to set up, but it seems to work as described now.

I purchased this TV to put in my bedroom. I set it up according to instructions. It worked fine initially, but when I turned it off and later turned it back on ( about 4 hours later), It had to be set up from scratch again. I set it up again according to instructions and use the internet, Netflix, and Hulu, plus regular TV stations. Turned it off and went to sleep. When I woke up I turned it on and low and behold it was back just like I had just taken it out of the box. Instead of going thru set up again I returned it to Best Buy and got an LG (not smart) TV and connected a Roku to it. Have no trouble now.

I have 3 other Samsung devices but this "unreturnable" TV is horrible. The intermittent connectivity forces turning it off multiple times to try to get Wi-Fi. No other Samsung TV in my house has this problem. That is compounded by the fact that every button you push takes 2-4 seconds to register so it's difficult to check and reset network settings which is virtually every other day. At times, the TV just goes back to the previous screen or boots you out of an app for no reason. We use this only every few days and sadly discovered that I can no longer return it after just 3 weeks.

Each time we turned it on, it took about 5 minutes for it to connect to the internet. We even had to go back to the menu to literally connect it to the internet a few times. We returned the item.

Decent purchase. However it is SLOW to connect to the local network when everything else is fine. Screen has good color, perfect for kids room, pretty loud speakers and good remote range.

I am very disappointed with the low power speakers and the poor sound quality. This TV does not meet my expectations of Samsung. I probably should have returned it.
