This must be the worst smart tv on the market, I bought this for my kids room and set it up myself. Set up was a breeze and i was ready for some streaming in no time. But when i picked a movie to watch on Netflix it did nothing but load every other second. I have 60Mb internet with a 5Ghz roughter and still it sucked. Returning tomorrow...

The 24" tv is used in my kitchen. It fits good for the area. The sound is not the best but it works.

We have been buying Samsung TV's for the past 10 years and have never had any problems. Living room, family room, 2 bedrooms, and the latest another bedroom.

I bought this short of three months ago, love the idea behind it and am a fan for Samsung however I'm disappointed by this. If you haven't heard Netflix is a continued problem for this brand, I had to plug in mi Wii to get it to work on this model. and the mirroring loses connection randomly. Tried to get some help with BestBuy and found out the return policy is 15 days where anywhere else is 90 so disappointed =(

Needed a TV that was not too large - 32" is a lot bigger than what we used to get. This one fits the bill and it's "Smart" too.

The kids love it. The network interface is pretty good. a little bit slow. Great Samsung online technical support

Bought for my wife in her office so she could use the netflix app. It's a good buy and wife can link to her s7.

Purchased via internet sale to upgrade bedroom TV, which was an older 24" Samsung. I've always purchased Samsung TVs due to their crisp picture quality in the past. Very disappointed in the picture quality of this TV as it is mushy, not crisp like previous Samsungs owned, even though the 'sharpness' control has been set to maximum. Can't seem to get the skin tones realistic either, although settings in the TV have been adjusted. The stand does not securely fit to the TV as TV wobbles a bit even though the screws tightened down. I will keep it as it has HDM1 ports, but very disappointing picture quality and unsteady base stand. Not up to Samsung's usual quality. Manual is not included in the box, and the small print/pictures for attaching the stand are difficult to see and not clearly shown. Very poor documentation in the box for this unit. The sound on this unit is not as good as previous Samsung's either. Clearly Samsung quality is slipping.

The TV's stand puts the TV itself too low on the counter, so it blocks the receiver of the cable box. The color is slightly mismatched than what is actually seen. The full screen view is too wide to view and widescreen mode is too small for some viewing channels.

When it works its all good but it is slow connecting to both wifi and apps. sometimes loading is long or have to restart the app to make it work again.

Had great hopes because I have enjoyed every Samsung product I've ever had... until now. The picture and features are great but half the experience of watching TV is the sound and I can't bare to listen to this tinny sounding TV. It truly is a disappointment. Please check it out in the store before you consider buying one. Even maxing out the equalizer, there is no bass.

first, the tv is not smart. it turns on and if the attached hdmi etc isnt on first, it wont let you change inputs without tons selections and options. i have last years 60" and hated it, i figured this 24" would be good for at a minimum a netflix machine instead of my ipad. nope i was wrong, same clunky interface as the 60", no quick net flix button on the remote (i guess netflix didnt pay for it this year). figured $149 was a decent price for BF, now i wish i would have gotten the non smart version, then atleast i would not have to watch snow while the tv over thought what input it was on.

Bought 8 days ago. Set up went smoothly and everything worked as it should. I turned the TV off and when I woke up and turned it on the Wi-Fi would not hook up. Went thru the set up again and it connected. watched netflix for a while and then turned the TV off and got up. That night I turned the TV on to watch before going to sleep and no Wi-Fi. Went thru the steps again and would not connect. Went thru the e-manual and did all the steps recommended and no Wi-Fi. I unplugged and plugged the TV and it connected again. I watched Netflix for awhile and decided to watch Hulu. When I changed I lost wi-fi connection again. Tried to plug and unplug again, but it didn't work this time. I'm taking it back to the store today after just 8 days.

The smart hub doesn't work. Every time I turn off TV have to go thru set up to get smart hub to work. I have gotten the run around from Samsung. Told me I needed to update software and sent me a patch to download to a jump drive .didn't work. Oh. Not the problem. Do a factory reset. Again. Not the problem. Do not buy this product. Would give it no stars if I could

Received it completely broken. Better get a replacement. If I could give it zero stars I would.

i order this only and pick it up in store, I open the box today and no cord in it
