    After hours talking to Samsung on the phone and having my Spectrum technician try to assist me the TV would not load the Spectrum TV app.

    We got this and the picture is not bright appears dark and not crisp at all. The stand is ridiculous to install unless we had infant sized fingers...same for cable cord

    Had a bad panel in it and i was recommended that for the price it was it could last abt two years and didnt get insurance so one day when i turned it on found it had internal damage from bad panel board had to buy another tv which is the 32 inch i just bought a couple weeks ago they would not replace it or couldnt fix it so now i have to go through manufacturing warranty to try to get it replaced

    TV sucks. Most of the time it doesn't work. Beyond the 14 day return policy, but I'm telling everyone that the TV sucks. I'll never spend another penny at Best Buy.

    I was not happy with this tv my picture would freeze up at times so I returned it and bought the 28” Samsung tv this one I’m now very happy with.

    Bought this TV for my kitchen and had trouble keeping it connected to the WI+FI. I called Samsung and they said it was too far away from internet connection but it was closed then 2 other TV's in the same house that were Samsung. I had to return it.

    After two days and a total of seven calls to customer service at Samsung and Comcast, I gave up and took the TV back. Even with all of the help, I couldn't get anything other than a letterbox picture, not full screen. Very frustrating!

    Sound cuts off quite often

    Ever since my cable carrier recently switched me to an all Digital signal, the sound cuts off quite often, on both of my SAMSUNG 24 inch TV's (UN24M4500AFXZA ). Sound stays off at least a couple of minutes - up to 15 min or more each time. The problem occurs at different times on each of my two SAMSUNG TV's. This is very annoying when I'm listening or watching something of interest. The picture always remains very good. I have called SAMSUNG Customer Service and they have not been able to solve the problem. I have another TV in the house (INSIGNA 28 inch) that does not have this problem at all. So, I can't blame my carrier (VERIZON) for this sound problem. And Verizon came to my house to check out the cable wiring and signal strength as well as the digital box connection & functioning on each TV..

    Use this TV in kitchen. Picture is great but speaker sound is lacking. Bought inexpensive Insignia Soundbar, connected w/optical cable. Huge improvement, but for the fact that there are intermittent sound drop-outs - 1/2 second to a second. Very annoying. Tried all fixes but cable and speaker work fine on other tvs. Not the only Samsung TV with these issues according to Samsung community. Will be exchanging for another one.

    I replaced our 24" Vizio with this more expensive Samsung, and would go back to the Vizio if I could return the Samsung. The remote and the TV are amazingly unintuitive in the layout of their programming. Example: exiting an app like streaming Netflix requires numerous steps to exit Netflix properly. If you don't do this, then the audio and video go out of synch the next time you watch. The Vizio remote handled all that automatically. Same multistep inconvenient process is required when getting into an app, all of which is handled automatically by Vizio's programming. Samsung's online support seems to be pretty good (as good as Vizio), but you will definitely need it to figure out the setup and the remote. On the plus side, the image and sound are better than the comparable Vizio, but not enough to compensate for the continual irritation caused by lazy programmers that prioritize ease of programming over ease of use. I'm a programmer myself, so I recognize the symptoms.
