Very satisfied with the dishwasher. Love the third rack on top where my sink mats can come out flat instead of all curled. Also a nice place to put those on utensils that don’t necessarily fit in the silverware compartment tray.

It’s o.k. I like that it’s super quiet, seems to wash fairly well and the 3rd rack for silverware and long cookware is a great use of space. My main gripe, which I now see in other reviews, is that it could dry better. I have followed all of the instructions, arranged the dishes properly, used a rinse aid type product, but still have more moisture than my last dishwasher. It’s a minor inconvenience, but not an all out deal breaker. I mainly see water on cup bottoms, which the manual addresses, but I expect better from Samsung. If you don’t mind wiping a few glass bottoms, it may be worth the investment. Again, my main complaint is the moisture, other than that it’s a good product.

This Samsung dishwasher has been a nightmare since I’ve owned it. After less than 6 months, the dishwasher kept tripping a breaker. Geek Squad came out twice and couldn’t duplicate or figure out the issue. When the issue arrived a 3rd time, I called geek squad again and was told that I had to go through Samsung since the item was still under factory warranty. I reluctantly call Samsung and get the run around again. Since I mentioned that the breaker is tripped when the dishwasher turns on, I was told that this was an electrical issue and had nothing to do with the dishwasher. This decision was made without sending a technician to inspect my dishwasher. I was then told that I MUST hire an electrician to diagnose my electrical system before they would agree to assign a tech to come out. I did that and the electrician charged me $250 for his services. This did not resolve the dishwasher issue. I reached out to Samsung again and was basically told “tough luck” on the $250 I wasted at their request. I’m now waiting for Samsung to come out to “fix” this dishwasher. Buyer beware! I’ve been a Samsung customer for a long time and this is my first bad experience. This experience is bad enough for me to never buy Samsung again!

The dishwasher cleans well and is very quiet. Installation was easy, as all connections were easily accessed. My only critique is that the tines on the bottom rack could be spaced a little wider apart to create some versatility.

It’s ok. It’s cleans the dishes well. The worst part does not dry well at all. There’s a lot of water left on the dishes. The silverware holder is smaller than other dishwashers. I would return it but I didn’t want to deal with the hassle. The buttons are very sensitive. If you lean against it, it turns on.

Solid machine, replaced an ancient Whirlpool. Dishes are cleaner and this thing is impressively quiet for not being one of the new ultra quiet models we didn’t need. Highly doubt it’ll last 30+ years like the old one but was worth doing at this point.

I purchased this a few weeks ago. So far it’s been great. No issues. I love the sleek look it has. I will say it’s super sensitive when it comes to the buttons. If you walk by and hit it, u may end up pressing the start button. No other problems thus far though.

Great dish washer... hard to compare as our house never had one before. It looks nice and is much quieter than we expected. The only problem we have is the buttons are on the front and when leaning against the counter you can accidentally press them as they our touch sensitive.

I am satisfied. I have not had any issues thus far. One thing I noticed when I first purchased the dishwasher was the length of time of it took to wash the dishes but now I am aware of the different settings and how I have the option to do a quick wash or a normal wash. I love my puchase.

So far this dishwasher has worked great! Installation was simple so I'm glad that I canceled the installation service. It's quiet and dishes come out clean!
