Brand new defective Samsung, and cannot exchange

I've tried for over a week to get an exchange. After many tries I was able to get a person on the phone (after 1 hour and a half hold time) and I was transferred to the repair dept instead of exchanges. The machine then said thanks for buying best buy and hung up on me. I got in touch with a manager at my local store and they tell me they can't help because I bought the appliance online. They referred me back to the same phone numbers where I got nowhere previously. Do not buy appliances from best buy you are better off going to Home Depot or Lowes where you can return items if they are defective. I made the mistake of buying all my kitchen appliances from them and this will be the last time. Never again.

MY DISHES , POTS AND PANS ALWAYS COME OUT CLEAN. THANK GOD . IT IS NOT LOUD LIKE A LOT OF DISHWASHERS ARE . IT IS EASY TO LOAD AND IT IS EASY TO START. I REALLY CANNOT COMPLAIN . THIS IS THE LATE APPLIANCE OF MY FOUR AND THEY ALL MAKE MY KITCHEN RENOVATION LOOK AWESOME , MAINLY SINCE I ELECTED TO GO WITH THE WHITE . SO CLEAN LOOKING

Your machine has a Control Lock feature that you can turn on while you machine is not in use to disengage the control panel from operating. Press and hold the Heated Dry button for 3 seconds to turn it on and off. We welcome you to our family and thank you for choosing Samsung. ^Brad

Then after 1 year 3 month the same issue with the drain and they told me it is out of warranty. Do not buy this. Worst product.

Not a good buy

The rack constantly come off the track. Also, the control panel does not work consistantly. We often start the cycle and it stops on its own. Very frustrated with this purchase.

Same size as old dishwasher on the outside, but inside has considerably less room. Also, does not even come close to drying dishes. Everytime panel is bumped power comes on, but when try to start for a cycle have to push buttons repeatedly to get any kind of response.

I called Samsung but I'm out of luck because...,warranty is out. I just paid for an appliance repairman to come out and tell me that the dishwasher has a faulty inlet valve and a faulty control board. The problem with the control board can actually cause a large flood if the water builds up in the dishwasher. Scary thing is the we wouldn't have even known about the control board issue if we hadn't had the faulty inlet valve. So now I'm shopping for a new dishwasher. A year after the last time I shopped for a new dishwasher...

Nothing fit and with the new air dry system our plastic items were never dry. Was very quiet and washed well but a pain to load. This dishwasher is much easier to load, is quiet and everything is dry even on the quick cycle.
