The leak sensor was not letting it run even though there was no water there. The best explanation I can come up with was that the bottom pan was resting on the floor and putting pressure on the sensor. This must have caused the sensor to trip. Other than that it has worked great.

Used the dishwasher 3 times... drained poorly. Never dried are wash cycle. smelled musty and nasty. Also LOUD. Thank you Best Buy for the reselect!!! AND kudos to "Ceclia" the CSR who handled my call with professionalism and clarity!

The code was for leak detection. I replaced another samsung that died because it threw the same code Nd wouldnt ever run again. I tried to return or exchange it and Best Buy keeps giving me the runaround saying its past the return period even though im well within the extended holiday return period and the app says I can return it until January 2024. Thanks for taking my money and running Best Buy

No dishwasher Thanksgiving

(Total Tech contract is worth every penny). All worked well. The unit suddenly stopped and a light started blinking. We finally got it working after we READ THE MANUAL to troubleshoot. Much different than our old unit as we expected. Works great!!!!!

When I reach in my cabinet my lower body turns the dishwasher on. Which I don't like at all. Second: Dishes don’t dry thoroughly. Condensation remains after the cycle and inside dishwasher stay always wet. I have to dry it by hand using kitchen cloth.

I see that you have some concerns with your Samsung Dishwasher. You are able to disengage the control panel with the Control Lock Feature. Simply press and hold the Heated Dry button for three seconds to engage/disengage. I also have some helpful information to ensure you are getting dry dishes. See link below:
