After they sell the equipment they don't want to replace it, just maintain it or change parts. The issue is that the dishwasher does not work and Samsung's warranty is GARBAGE.

A butter knife got stuck in the holder and gouged the side wall. 3 Samsung techs came out to look at it. None of them spoke good English and the last 2 both said I needed a new dishwasher. I said f that and found some water proof epoxy. Sealed the gouge and it's been running fine ever since. Looks sharp with the rest of my kitchen and it's easy to use.
