Technicians hav been out three times, twice for repairs. It's hard to see the controls, controls are very sensitive.

Calling SAMSUNG, it is now out of warranty (1 year) and we will have to pay for the repair!

The first one we got was damaged. It wasn't even installed. The second did not dry. The repair person suggested we return it because he may not be able to repair it here. Fine. We ordered another. It seems to run well. But does not dry. We checked some of the reviews. We are not the only ones with this problem.

Sensitive control buttons on front of door

All of the controls, including the on/off touch button are all on the front of the door. When we brush up against it when walking by it, it turns off mid wash, or turns on at just the slightest touch. If I could buy a dishwasher with the controls on the top, I would do that instead.

I was shocked that our bone service plates don’t fit well. I have to put them on the outer areas so blade dont hit the plates! if one word describes this dishwasher: crappy geek squad failed to bring parts / install/remove box: this has become usual fail but happens to 2/10 buyers anywhere! customer service also failed to provide any solid solution! And one logical manager at the geek squad said ‘I dont want to get involved in this’ whatever and he got involved in it poorly! From that day, I buy anything elsewhere, a choice I made till some time I move elsewhere =D I hope not all bestbuys are the same but in my experience, two of them I know are below average, and one is laredo best buy for sure! It is unfortunate that somethings you many only find there but I hope you can find it elsewhere with a better deal.
