Samsung Warranty Worthless!!!!

Best Buy technician said we had a crack in the tub but had to get replacement through Samsung warranty. That did not happen. Samsung did not replace and said it was cracked by someone dropping something on tub. After going back and forth issue is still not resolved. Samsung warranties are worthless and Best Buy has not helped either. Will not ever buy another Samsung product anywhere. Buyer beware.

It washes the dishes well and it is very quiet, but it has too many issues- 1. The buttons are too sensitive and any time we touch the dishwasher it powers on. 2. It doesn't dry well. The machine stays wet long after the cycle is over and I worry about the smell and mildew 3. The front is not smudge proof and you can see every smudge or finger print. 4. It takes a very long time for the cycle to end, even on the express setting. 5. And lastly, if the machine accidentally gets turned off during a cycle, then you have to start it over. There is no resume button. Overall, I think it is worth investing anther 100.00 to 200.00 for a dishwasher with less issues.

I called technical support 3 x's first time they didn't send nobody out second & third time they have when I get to the third one they're supposed to replace it I'm hoping they will and I will get a different kind you need to fix these problems before you sell it...

Barely lasted 2 years

Has flashing lights and sensor says its trying to drain moisture. Looking up the issue online, and many other owners have had this same problem. They all say this dishwasher is done - will never work properly again because the sensor is buggy and repairs won't fix it. Should have known better than to buy anything made by Samsung.

Never buy Samsung again

Now I have to unplug wait and replug to kill spurious modes beeps and other anomalies with the electronics. Touch buttons dont respond when touched but dishwasher will turn itself on with no on in the kitchen. Also got fridge and stove, ALL SUCKED

Thank God best buy will let me exchange!!!

This item is being returned, there is a dry selection to add to the selected wash cycle but Samsung says not having a dry cycle makes it eco friendly, said just open the door at the end of the cycle! Crazy!

Dishes are still dirty

My dishes have the same sauce, food, etc on them after it’s supposedly done cleaning. Even easy to clean stuff like avocado on a fork or some sauce on a plate. I have to hand wash everything now. I would not recommend this product.
