Product is ok. Don't leave clean dishes in overnight mold grew on plastic. Must use rinse aid if u want to dry

Person who installed it destroyed the thing and could have burn down my house and it doesn’t work and this is the replacement I got for other one that destroyed all my dish’s and the company Best Buy uses came out three times to repair it and finally found what was wrong with it but since this guy not only messed up the thing he also drilled a big whole right threw my new counter tops and his company has not stopped hassling me to repair it when the company who just did they said what they would want to do would make it worse now they won’t stop calling Best Buy and email me to set up and cancel all the appointments to get the new one sent so I have a working dishwasher after six months and the dishwasher it self I would maybe give like a 3 didn’t work that well the few times I could use it and everyone has be nasty and have come when I have to change the appointment they made last minute over ten times and it’s them doing it and Best Buy

Great dish washer. First time to buy Samsung appliances

This was a nice product but the description was not accurate for its condition. Bought as a open box item in excellent condition and there was a long scratch across the bottom (on black of all colors) and a few small dents. Took it back and suggest to anyone that you unwrap the product and look over all of it BEFORE leaving the store with it.

Love this dishwasher. Washes well and is easy to clean.

We've only run a few loads but, there's always puddles and pools of water after each load.

Seldom leave reviews on websites, but hopefully this will prevent someone from wasting their money on this dishwasher. Purchased in December 2015 and it worked great, when it worked. First repair was under warranty, second repair was at my expense, and it's now not working for the third time. Same "Heavy" error code, but never the same repair needed. Now it has become difficult to even find a repair service in our area that will work on Samsung products due to terrible factory service contracts. Sucks to be throwing out a 2-year old dishwasher, but it's time to go back to the good old G.E. or Whirlpool brand.

We are a Samsung household, we have found they have the best products and stand behind them. The dishwasher is so easy yo use. We love the collapsible racks. The easy to remove silverware baskets are great.
