No heat element
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I was very excited to purchase this dishwasher buy once I used it for a couple of times I realized that I couldn't open the door for about 4to5 hrs after the cycle was done. This is because it needs time to get the dishes dry. It has a fan on the door that drys them but no heating element on the bottom to dry them faster. Overall it does a good job. Only down fall it takes a long time to get clean dry dishes.

Touchy installation.

It has so many settings, I had to read the different settings instructions a few times. You can adjust the top shelf up or down depending on how tall your pots are. You can turn down some of the little pins on the top and bottom shelf so you can fit different items.

This machine was was well constructed, well insulated and a bit heavier than any other dishwasher I've installed. My customer was very happy with this Samsung!
