Haven't used it much seems to work well haven't had any issues.

Works great but wish there was a light to indicate clean dishes.

We are disappointed with the performance. I am going to purchase jet dry for the first time of my 48 years to see if it makes a difference. Hopefully so.

It is space-efficient dish washer compared to it exterior size.

You get what you pay for I guess. This dishwasher is ok but I wish I would have sprung for a better model. It was a pain to install and it doesn’t really go with my other Samsung appliances. It looks cheap and it washes the dishes ok but leaves streaks

hose & electrical different than all other dw I had.

I've had a few problems with this washer. First, if one of the buttons gets activated/pushed accidentally, then it tries over and over to start the cycle if the door is not closed. We had to trip the circuit breaker to get it to stop and reset. Second, if there is any food in the garbage disposal, it sucks it in to the washer. Third, you have to pre-rinse your dishes and most of the time, they don't come out clean. Fourth, it seems to suck through the Jet-dry and it has to be refilled often. Fifth, I'd like a light on the panel showing whether the dishes are done or clean. The only good thing I like about this machine is that it has a charming little chime telling you when it's changing cycles and finished.

Dishwasher runs well, dish racks could be improved

dont really use a dishwasher but wanted to upgrade the kitchen to have matching stainless appliances. easy to install and when i tested it out it was really quiet. maybe ill use it more often.

The shape of the dish racks are problem. The angles make it difficult to load. Consequently we are forced to make a wash before machine is completely loaded. The wash itself is very good.

Worst purchasing experience of my life. If you are reading this review and are considering buying this dishwasher, or even considering making a purchase through bestbuy.com, please STOP. Do not purchase this faulty product. The dishwasher is defective. If you choose to continue and make the decision to buy this item, please be warned that Best Buy will not only deliver and install this defective item, but will also give you the worst customer service you can imagine. When you complain about the defective item, be prepared for no one to care. The dishwasher never worked correctly at installation and it took over a month for someone to come out and repair it. If your household can function with water leaking all over your floor, no working dishwasher for over a month, living off of paper plates and plastic forks, and unreturned calls to complain, emails and customer surveys to Best Buy customer service, then please proceed with buying this horrible item.

All stainless dishwasher inside and out, really cleans well, leaves dishes/glasses spotless when I use Finish gel-pacs. runs super quiet even though it's not a "quiet" model per se.

We put the same model in our home a few years ago. When we needed a reliable, efficient, quiet model for our rental property we knew we wanted to get this for that house as well.
