The washer is quiet, but leaves spots and residue on the dishes. We added a rinse detergent, which has not helped. Overall, I am not impressed!

Wish it had a stainless steel interior. Plastic interior eventually smells bad. Capful of bleach eliminates smell, but is inconvenient. Dishwasher functions as described.

Easy to operate. Pleasantly surprised at how quiet this model is! The "Normal" wash and heated dry setting is also faster than my old one. Very happy with this purchase.

I have had this dishwasher for 2 years with no problems. The only thing I do not like is the dishs never seem to dry completely, I have to towel dry them when I unload it.

I have not used this dishwasher myself. I am a designer and believe that this is a great product. My tenant has not shared with me how much he likes the dishwasher yet.

Stay away from this dishwasher....the dishwasher has to be removed for any repairs to be made...less then 2 years old, and repair is almost as much as the machine was to start....Stay away from this dishwasher...

Samsung makes a great and reliable line of appliances! I renovate many homes a year and exclusively use this brand due to high customer satisfaction.

The installers were very courteous and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Best Buy and their installation crew.

This dishwasher is replacing the original one in my mobil home(4yrs old). It connected with ease And without adapting anything. IT IS SO QUIET and cleans great!

This is okay, but does not clean as good as my old one. It's pretty to look at just wish it cleaned better. In speaking to others who have gotten new dishwashers most agree old ones clean better than new ones.

Doesn’t seem to clean the dishes well no matter the detergent or setting used and we do have a water softener. Installled by professional plumber but is coming away from cabinetry.

It is on sale. I bought a few in the past years. No problem has been reported yet.

I love this diswather. I like it that the keys are infront of the diswasher rather than above. Not may dishwasher has this feature. That is what sold me.

I purchased a Samsung kitchen package, this dishwasher doesn't have a drying element so the dishes are wet and must be dried by hand.

We remodel homes and this product is a great buy for the price and showcases the kitchen in a very lovely way . Will buy again for sure for our next project

The plastic sprayer came off within less than a week of it being installed and on it’s 3rd wash cycle. We were able to put it back on but it seemed like maybe it wasn’t well made.

In 25 years I’ve never had to “clean” my dishwasher. There’s a basket that collects oil and gunk you have to take out and clean every so often yuck

So far has been really good pretty easy setup. Mostly chose this one for the food hard food disposer.

I did my research and stepped up to this model from the lower one totally content. Looks very nice in my new kitchen.

The stainless inside is nice however, the racks are not of very high quality. A piece broke off of our top rack after the second washing cycle.
