i do not like this dishwasher at all. First, my dishes come out as dirty as they went in. It doesn't clean well at all. Second, soap gets stuck in the soap compartment and I have to scrape the dried soap out of the soap compartment each day. Third, it is way too small. Much smaller than it looked when I was buying it. Lastly, the upper tray doesn't hold cups very well. They slip and slide all over, unless the dishwasher is packed.

Love Samsung appliances!!! I have never been disappointed

Not many options. Does not dry good. I do not like the dish rack. Seems to be opposite of what seems correct to me.

Meets expectations. Looks nice as well. Pretty nice size dishwasher for 2 persons.

It cleans well, what I don't like is how easy the door dents and there is no option for high rinse, it is low rinse only.

Overflow sensor needed replaced 11 months after install. Samsung sent a technician to replace it and all has been well since.

This is an average dishwasher. I have issues with it sometimes not cleaning stuff and I have to restart the cycle.

Installed in 35 mins, I took half day off but Great job Geeks !! Will use again !

Not the most satisfied with the racks. They don't slide very easy compared to other models. Ok for the low end model it is.

My 10 year old dishwasher worked better. I'm very disappointed in this dishwasher. I have to basically hand wash my dishes before putting them in. I have yet to find a detergent pod that will dissolve. The "condensation" dry is a joke. The dishes are soakin wet at the end of the cycle. I gave it to stars for the fact that it is fairly quiet, has a nice appearance and customizable racks. I miss my whirlpool.

Even though the dishwasher doesn't have the Samsung handle it looks sleek & nice.

We love our new dishwasher. Plenty of room and love the separate space for utensils.

Not a bad looking dishwasher, but no heating elements on this one so doesn’t dry the dishes all the way.

the install is not to my liking. Wish I would have noticed before being asked if I was satisfied and the men left. There is a one to one and 1/2 inch gap between the top of the dishwasher and my counter top. I will need to see if the dishwasher can be lifted up and take away that gap-I do not think this is right , I wish the guy installing it would have said something if it was the best he could do.

This unit does have a heating element and the moisture is breeding mold that travels to the dishes. I left a couple rinsed glasses in there when I went away and mold was growing in it. Not to mention it started smelling bad months after I purchased it. I am normally a big Samsung fan, but this product is horrible.

Extremely disappointed - NEGATIVE STAR RATING!! - for the appliance and Samsung Service and Best Buy Service. Bought the item in Jan 2016 and the dishwasher STOPPED working in June exactly after 6 months. When called Samsung - they said WE DONT KNOW CALL BEST BUY! When called BestBuy - they said WE DONT KNOW CALL SAMSUNG! WORST PRODUCT - BAD SERVICE. BAD CUSTOMER CARE! Had to fix it at my own cost - not sure for how long will this keep working now.
