Great product but it does not dry the dishes good.

Well, it worked, but after 2 years it started to leak. First from the door seal. cause was a piece came off a utensil and got stuck in the drain. Then found that the water connection was defective and started to leak all the time. replaced it and sold it used for 1/5 the original price. Glad it is gone.

It is good looking dishwasher with good functions.

We have had our dishwasher for 2 yrs now and it already has its pump and motor not working properly. The repair cost $450 which is almost as much as we paid for it. I would strongly discourage you from buy this.

I thought since they make a good phone then the appliances should be good! I was wrong! My washing machine has been repaired twice! Once for the lid lock (warranty) that took a month to repair and a major recall (warranty) for the spin cycle to keep the washing machine from self destructing! Refrigerator (out of warranty) leaks water through the door when you turn the water supply on to use the ice maker and door water! Dishwasher is on it's second repair for the water drain pump running all the time! No appliance repair person wants to work on my dishwasher! I called several companies and finally got one to come out! He fixed it and a year later it's doing the same thing! Same guy is back a year later to replace a seal! Dishwasher is out of warranty! I don't recommend buying!

Dishwasher is good. Installers were several hours late, but got the job done.

found out it has no drying element . Dishes are wet when cycle done

We got a great deal on a scratched Samsung Dishwasher, but when I tried to install it, all the hardware and the kickplate were missing. We were given another 10% off, but that was not worth the weeks of hassle and cost trying to get parts from Samsung while the washer blocks my kitchen.

Installed and it leaked - would not dry - did not start and stop as set was a mess

Thought this was excellent when we first purchased it. After about 6 months it became so loud you couldn’t run it if you were home. It is misleading by saying it has a drying feature, it doesn’t. Dishes are always wet. And recently it has started giving a water leaking error. I’m thankful for the feature. But it cause the motor to continuously run for about 15 min and after pulling the machine out twice and checking all lines and there seals I was unable to find where the leak was coming from. There is water pooling in the bottom, and the best I can tell it is the actual Tub that is leaking causing the issue. Please stay away from all Samsung appliances. Definitely there dishwashers.

Works well but consumes more energy compared to other products

One can get better within this price range. We ordered it online.
