It ran one load. Did not dry dishes well at all. It then started itself up in the middle of the night with the motor running and a fault light on. Continues to run even with the door open. Sure don't want to go away and leave this thing plugged in.

We have owned this dishwasher for three months. Every time I load it, which is daily, I get so frustrated. The bottom rack is impossible to fill so that nothing hits the top rack spinner. We have also ran several loads of dishes through, to find that the detergent drawer never opened. After rearranging everything on the bottom numerous times, we finally got the door to open during the cycle.

Very displeased with this dishwasher. I do not regularly overcrowd the dishes and they are constantly not getting cleaned. It's unacceptable to have to run them through 2-4 times. And currently, the top rack is not even in my dishwasher. It literally fell out this morning and I cannot put it back in. Very cheaply made.

Careful: the feature list online shows that it has a quick rinse cycle--allowing you to rinse your dishes if you don't have a full load yet. But it doesn't. Found that out after delivery and installation. Also missing, is a "dishes clean" indicator. The indicator turns off after 10 minutes. After which you don't know if they are clean.

It's neither clean the dishes well nor dry. You can see the lots of moister inside of the dishwasher after dry cycle is done and dishes is not dried. I've called SamSung for support, but all tech support said that it is the way it designed and they can not do anything. I've never seen any dish washer can not dry and it the way it is designed.

I wanted new stainless appliances so I got rid of my working fine dishwasher and replaced it with this one. It is made of plastic and will not dry the dishes. I contacted Samsung and was told to use a rinse agent. This also did not work. I have to completely dry everything in my dishwasher. This did not happen with my old appliance. Samsung stated that this is not covered and sometimes dishes won't dry.

Seems Samsung had issues and finally replaced with a Bosch and no issues

5 months of use and it's already twitching out. And I gotta wait a week before I get service. I could get a guy out tomorrow or next day myself but Geek squad is apparently overwhelmed with service calls or they're lax about customer needs. I'm not impressed with Best buy and Samsung.

Don’t buy this machine it is the worst!! So many problems to list. SAVE YOUR MONEY!!

Have you ever wanted a dishwasher that encourages you to hand wash dishes? If so, this is the one for you! I never imagined that I'd drink a glass of water, put it in the dish washer, and have it come out with all kinds of crud baked into the bottom of the glass. The dry cycle doesn't dry dishes, and heavy mode is worse than regular mode. Let's also not even go into how loud the thing is. The cycle runs several hours and it's best to just not be home when it runs because I can't hear myself think with this thing running. There was a few weeks where it started wailing, outright wailing when I turned it on. That eventually went away though. This is one of the many Samsung products that I regret wasting my money on.

First time itself it failed and did not work.I would rather return this product itself but we start using after 15 days only since kitchen remodel work was going on in my home ,After the service ,it worked and again now within 6 months it stopped working.

Although the washer takes forever, it does a lousy job. Even the "quick" cycle takes over an hour, but spraying the dishes with a hose from 20' would do a better job. We've had a tech out, no change and they wont do anything more. Customer service at Samsung just plain sucks. The department should be named "Lack of Customer Service". I'm now looking at replacement after one year. Complete waste of money. Hope this saves someone the heartache.

This dishwasher is not worth the money at all! After 3 years it stopped working. Not worth having to pay someone to come fix when after you pay them and what ever is broken it's cheaper to buy another one. This dishwasher also started getting loud before that. I don't believe that only having it for 3 years you should have to replace anything or fix anything! Don't waste your money I wish I wouldn't have!

I’ve had this dishwasher for about a year and a half. The wash cycle doesn’t finish and the motor spins nonstop. I finally had to unplug it from the outlet so it wouldn’t burn up and possibly start a fire. I may have just gotten a bad one but I won’t be buying a Samsung dishwasher ever again

THIS DISHWASHER IS THE WORST APPLIANCE THAT I HAVE EVER PURCHASED!!!!! WISH I HAD SEEN THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BEEN EVEN WORSE! GEEK SQUAD HAS SENT PARTS 3 TIMES AND STILL ISN'T FIXED

The drain sensor went out after 3 months. We had to contact Best Buy to have Samsung replace it.

Really difficult to align dishes the way the interior racks are designed...End up lasting a lotta space...
