This dishwasher is very quiet, has lots of options for moving racks around to fit quite a few dishes, and is user-friendly. I love it!

Very nice dishwasher cleans great. Certain soaps are better to use so there is no residue. Glad I got this one.

First the $389 dishwasher turned out to cost over $600 by the time the additional required parts and delivery/set up were done. Then it had a scratch on it which was covered in grease so we didn't see it until the morning (the installation was completed after 11:00 pm) and the worst part about this is it's an energy efficient dish washer and it takes an hour and a half to complete the "quick" cycle. I work full time. I don't have this kind of time and you'd think the dishes would be sparkling clean after this length of time, but they're really not great. Oh and when the unit is still warm and I open the door to unload it, it smells like fish. Not a good value.

I did research online, however the salesman I worked with was patient and walked me through several models and gave me valuable information so I could make my own informed decision. He was helpful through the entire process

All around, this Samsung washer is a good investment. Gave it as a gift to a family and they've absolutely loved it. The only complaint I have is that it's a little louder than what I prefer. Otherwise, it's almost perfect.

i really like the design on this product... dishwashers are pretty much the same.. but the design inside and out is a plus

This is a nice product, easy to use. Pretty standard touch front display and nicely adaptable inner dish and silverware trays.

Easy to install, Super quiet, a little different loading these racks, but we figured it out. Did I mention super quiet.. LOL

A very good dish washer. It does a good job of cleaning the dishes reguardless of how dirty they are. Very quite operation. It woukd be just about perfect if it had a delay start.

I brought this dishwasher for my tenant to replace the old one in the apartment. I had it installed by my general contractor. The dishwasher seem to work just fine, I haven't heard any complaints from the tenant.

The sole reason I chose this model was because it didn't have a bar/handle in front. My dishwasher is in my island and that is where I stand to do my prep work and didn't want to bump into a handle sticking out. Part of me wishes I would have gotten the other one. I read the reviews - which were o.k. - but what I didn't realize was that there was no "delay" setting on this model. I could set my old dishwasher to run in 2, 4 or 6 hour delays so I would run it overnight. Also, it seems to take a long time to dry. It works fine and is a perfectly good option, but I guess I just assumed it would have a delay. :(

They found this in the scratch & dent section. They have had it running for a month now and works great. They love it.

Cleans even the dirtiest if dishes, and if you use the right dishwasher detergent, will leave all items spot free.

This is 2nd time in a year to buy an appliance thru Best Buy. Both times awful experience w delivery/ hookup. Never again. Both times no show no call no one can help. Weeks later resolved Hours on phone. Nightmare!

I have zero complaints with this dishwasher. It does the job, and does it quiet! Happy with my purchase

A little noisier than other dishwashers on the market - but that speaking relative to how far along dishwashers have come with being quiet. Happy with the look and the quality.
