We have been impressed with our other Samsung appliances, and that's why we chose this dishwasher. Gets the dishes clean without any issues at all! My only negative is that the dishes on the top rack are usually not all the way dry. Otherwise, I love my magic box!

Doesnt live up to Samsung name

Took them over a month to get them to me even after I purchased the missing parts after warranty said they'd ship them out. And multiple phone calls to Samsung. After finally getting installed, two months later the dishwasher quit draining. (No option to force drain). Got that fixed under warranty and then door seal started to leak. I will say it is quiet when it runs right. Just takes a long time for it to cycle a wash.
