My old dishwasher that cost half the price did a better job washing and drying. The drying aspect bugs me, why should we have to use a rinse aid to dry dishes. I never had to with my old one and haven't heard of anyone else having to use that either. Second, the smell. Why does it always stink so bad. Doesn't matter the setting, it always smells. Not impressed with Samsung at all.

Great so far, no complaints on product. Saw this for more at HD.

The salesman recommended this to us and we have not been disappointed. The dishes come out clean, shiny and it is very quiet.

We got our dishwasher 1 month ago. Pretty happy so far. It is very quite. Barely can hear anything while it's working. Cleaning part is awesome too. All the stuff coming out clean and dry. Love it!

This dishwasher was installed the end of January. Right away I notice the place for dishes to be stacked could not be closer. Then when I pull out the bottom rack it flies out. It has not been engineered correctly. Then my dishes are not as clean as they should be. Then the plastic piece that goes over the silver ware compartment breaks. I call customer service the beginning of March. They offer several suggestions, use Finish, use Cascade, make sure I rinse....then they don't call me back when they say they will, I call them the call gets dropped...yada, yada, yada. So I bite the bullet figuring I can deal with these things...rinse very well (basically wash before putting them in), not using the plastic piece over the silverware compartment, stack the dishes in every other slot...Then a month ago (July), the soap dispenser stops opening. UGH! I just called customer service, same stuff about did you do this, did you do that. I swear they get demerits if they actually have to get service out. Anyway after MUCH pushing someone is supposedly coming out here. The pro of this dishwasher is it is very quiet. The con is that it is on for an hour and a half on it's normal cycle. I like Samsung products that's why I bought this, wish I didn't and won't again. Don't do it.

Quiet as advertised and washes very well. So much better than our old one. Trays and door sit lower than we thought. Can smell an odor if not allowed to dry with the door open after cycle.

This is the quietest dishwasher I've ever heard and it gets the job done. It's very clean looking and works well. Highly recommended.

Purchased a different Samson dishwasher that had a handle on the outside like my refrigerator. Turns out when we measured we didn't allow for the handle distance Best buy installed it then we figured out we could not get the silverware drawer open because it would hit the handle. Technician arranged for us to get basically the same one only no protruding handle. We ordered this one upgraded model stainless steel tub. They came back out switched dishwashers now they have a very happy customer. I love it. No problems, works great wash and dries disheshes beautifully.

My husband and I purchased this dishwasher 14 months ago. I made the mistake of not purchasing an extended warranty and I wish I would have. 2 months after the 12 month warranty expired our dishwasher stopped working and began showing error warnings for a possible leak (the heavy load light was blinking repeatedly.) We called Samsung and they refused to send anyone out, saying that is was not their product that was defective but rather Best Buy who installed the dishwasher incorrectly. We were later referred (by a friend) to a local company to come take a look and were told that these dishwasher are nothing but trouble. They are impossible to work on and they are not built to last. The technician was nice enough not to charge us for the service call and told us there were multiple issues with the dishwasher and we'd have better luck just purchasing a new one rather than spending hundreds of dollars in repairs and labor. I will never buy another Samsung appliance again. Do yourself a favor and read the reviews on Best Buy and google them as well. The issue we experienced is VERY common with this make and model. I wish I would've known before.

worked from 2017 - 2023 - leak sensor started acting up then. if I can get it fixed I will but if not I will buy something else.

Easy to use, uses less water, would be nice if lower front panel came in stainless steel.

It really is quiet and racks are nice. Two problems: #1 It doesn't wash good. #2 It doesn't dry good. The first load came out almost the way it went in. I blamed it on the pods that came with it and did the second load with a tried-and-true top-quality pod. It worked somewhat better, but not as good as the old worn out machine we just tossed. Tomorrow it goes back to the store. We have a four-year-old Samsung fridge and a two-year-old Samsung front-load washer that have proven their value over time, and we will buy Samsung again, but this machine just didn't make the grade.

Product errored out with a leak detection code after 10 months. After unplugging it for an hour machine reset and their service said if it happens again they will take care of it. Machine errored again with 5 days out of service and thier customer service refused to cover under warranty. The car tried to tell me this was the first time I called after refering to the copy of the receipt I sent months ago. I had to remind him I don't send receipts without a reason. I'm done buying Samsung products.

This dishwasher is so quiet and cleans above average. Samsung appliances are by far my choice now!

Replaced my old leaky dishwasher with this bad boy.Said to myself"self why didn't i do this sooner" Nice ,quiet and gets the job done.

I have really enjoyed this dishwasher. It is easy to use and very sleek looking.

This dishwasher works fine, but I should read the reviews before buying. This products lack of pause button and better heat dry option sometimes makes it difficult to get a better review. One advice, you should clean the dished before using it if you don't do it you might end up with no so clean dishes. Plus since is not using heat to dry the dishes, you need to hand dry it if you want to avoid some smell on your glasses which is somewhat a double work. if you don't care about this things, well its a good product. I'm not planning to change it, so I guess I will survive with it.

I would not reccomend buying this product, I have not had this dish washer yet a full calander year and it is now been under repair three times. I further more would not reccomend making another big purchase through best buy as I have asked to swap this product out with a new brand and they are not willing to until the samsung manufactures warentee has expired. Each time a service tech comes out, they have to pull up the tile floor in my kiitchen that is AT COST TO ME! I am very dissapointed with how this has turned our and can not wait to be done with it. I was really hoping best buy would have done the right thing and stood behind the products they sell.

Had a problem with leaking 10 months after purchase. 4 months later still not fixed. Samsung customer service is the absolute worst.!! They never call back when they say they will. Calls drop while on hold. They say they cannot connect with other samsung depts except by email so cannot transfer my call. I own 7 samsung products.--never again!!

Unfortunately, this dishwasher quit working on me the first time I ever tried to use it. It got stuck on the load and the drain motor wouldn't stop running so I had to kill the power at the breaker. Luckily, I was well within my 15 days for a return, but since I purchased a protection plan, I wanted Geek Squad to check it out and it was the circuit board. Turns out, that was the 3rd Samsung dishwasher they had calls about that same week! Needless to say, I returned it and got a Bosch and couldn't be happier with my new BOSCH dishwasher! Samsung needs to stick to making cell phones and TVs; they make the WORST dishwashers!
