Best buy installed. I was hesitant to replace my 15yr old working very well dishwasher, but I'm glad that I did. This dishwasher does take longer to wash than my previous dish washer (thank you Obama). The 3rd rack is great; it definitely has more space because of the 3rd rack. It's super quiet, the door does open at the end of the cycle, there is not a handle to open it with, you press against the top of the door, and it chimes as it opens. The door isn't balanced, it will not fold all the way open, even with the bottom rack pulled out. if you need to put one more item in once you press start, you cannot interrupt the cycle once it starts, it has to go through its drain cycle, then it will open the door. It definitely has its quirks, but it was money well spent and now I have all new appliances in the kitchen. including the dumbest Maytag refrigerator ever made, another review for another time.

I bought this dishwasher as a package. There is so many positive things about this dishwasher. The cleaning is bar none. I love the automatic door open and the amount of space inside. The drying could be a little better, but i could be doing something wrong. Best buy did not install, my contractor did, so maybe they missed something so im not going to complain abkut the drying until i figure out if it is normal or not.

Hello. I can say that the gentlemen who came and installed the dishwasher were very kind, but after the install, I noticed that the dishwasher had three small craters on the door surface which can be seen in the depressions on the metal. I would like to know in what way you can provide support for me in this situation, especially in the context that, in having just bought the product, one would expect to have it arrive and installed completely good and new without damage. I called Best Buy support concerning this issue and they said that they couldn’t help, and that I’ve have to petition in person at one the Best Buy store locations. I went to the nearest one, but they sald that they couldn’t help directly either, that the Best Buy store manager had to submit a ticket with customer service and that I would be getting a call back within one-to-two business days. I’m still waiting to be contacted while the clock on my product’s guarantee continues running. I need a solution; I paid for a new product and it’s professional installation, it shouldn’t be that hard for Best Buy to deliver on that exchange.

we were pleasantly surprised when next day delivery and install was available and completed quickly. this unit is much quieter and easy to use. the AI cleaning mode has worked great so far and the adjustable shelves are very helpful.

Hard to even know when this dishwasher is running, as it is so quiet! And I love the "AI Mode" wash that autodetects what type of wash is needed and for how long. This is the first dishwasher where I don't have to prewash every dish first! I love the 3rd rack on top and I love how adjustable the second rack is. Great purchase!

Love this dishwasher! It’s incredibly quiet, looks great in my kitchen, and the third rack is a great bonus. Dishes come out clean and dry every time. Highly recommend!

Very good replacement for my old Samsung. If you like having all the features, this is it. All cycles work very well. My favorite feature is the third rack sprayers for glasses. They work amazingly well. It is on the high end side, if you don’t feel like paying this much, then don’t because it does the same as any other dishwasher. But if you care about the many cycles, connectivity and a super silent machine, then this is the one.

This dishwasher does it all. It really clean well while quiet in its operation. Drying is excellent, and it opens at the end of the cycle to blow out the air so condensation does build up as it cools. It also has self clean. It also has multiple clean options including AI wash that works well.

I know when I do these reviews it’s about the actual product and not the service received so it would be unfair to rate this item itself less than it deserves. The dishwasher is great. It cleans well and is efficient and easy to use. The auto open feature works great and it’s nice to be able to integrate this appliance with the rest of my Samsung appliances through the app. The AI wash feature is great as it helps to eliminate any unnecessary wash times through the regular cycles. Love the look and the fingerprint resistant exterior is great. I love this dishwasher. As for the service received when purchasing this item. This has become a recurring issue with buying items open box from Best Buy. They used to be a company that actually cared about their customers, especially those that invest in their rewards clubs and have their credit cards but not anymore. I bought this item open box in “excellent” condition according to the store which means that it’s not missing any parts and has no damage at all. Well it was missing many parts and I didn’t find out till I got it home because they wouldn’t let me check it before I left the store. I called Best Buy to let them know what happened and their only response was for me to bring it back. I asked them if they thought it made sense for me to uninstall the dishwasher and then bring it back to the store instead of just sending me the missing parts because I had a warranty on it and I was told no, that I had to physically just return it as if it was a 5lb item. Just zero care and concern for what I was mislead to believe. I’ve spent thousands of dollars a year with Best Buy but who cares right? It’s really sad because this used to be one of my favorite stores to shop at but I’ll be checking out the competition going forward.

I have had this for 2 weeks. Cleans and drys very well. Very quiet. I can't believe i can't hear it. Washes are lengthy in time, like 2 to 3 hours depending in your settings.

Smells like asphalt when running, assume that will go away. Top rack takes a little bit to get used to, gap between top rack and glasses rack makes it hard to put tall glasses in glasses rack.

This is a newer released Samsung dishwasher and so far have loved it. Had to replace a 3 year old kitchen aid after the entire face plate broke from pulling the handle to open. This is stronger built with auto open feature just tap the top corner or pull down on the sides of door. Washes well and looks great. This is our 2nd Samsung appliance replacing LG products that keep breaking.

Excellent washing machine. Kids dishes clean and is very quiet
