    Not even a month of owning this monitor and the upper right corner has a spot of dead pixels. I called on day 15 after purchase and I'm past my return window, I'll need to contact the manufacturer. Terrible level of service and customer care from Best Buy if you ask me!

    Unable to reset SamSung Monitor (settings) after screen went blank. Had to wait until GS staff arrived on 1/2 to get monitor working again.

    The overall quality of this TV has been excellent. The biggest drawback is the remote. In trying to make the design simplistic, Samsung has made it hard to use not at all logical.

    Good monitor for productivity tasks and basic functionality, if youre looking for a gaming monitor I would probably recommend something with a faster refresh rate but this one isnt all too bad for that either. All around a good monitor for the price.
