    it was open box so i cant really be surprised that there were some issues. overall great monitor but it is oddly damaged and turns black portions of the screen a weird pixelated red color

    The monitor doesn't sit straight in its base. the instructions that come with it are terrible. we still haven't used it because we can't figure out how to get it hooked up correctly to our laptop.
