Thank you for purchasing the Samsung - T350 Series LF24T350FHNXZA 24" Display.
Please know that this monitor does indeed tilt. It has a tilt range of -2° to +20°, as listed in the User Manual.
Place the monitor on a flat sturdy surface, hold the base down firmly with one hand, grasp the top center of the bezel with your other hand and push firmly and gently back. This should tilt the monitor screen back. To tilt the monitor down, just push the bottom of the bezel gently and firmly back while pulling the top of the bezel towards you.

Works great expect for two issues. High Quality Videos flicker the screen at times, and it goes black and causes sync problems. Also driver from Samsung site is corrupt when installed on my Dell Laptop. Downloaded it several times and had same issue.
