But this time just 3 days ago the communication with the wireless USB adapter and the mouse would be lost after less than a minute of connection. Being a longtime Microsoft Certified Technician, my first troubleshooting thought was that the battery was bad, but to my surprise the battery was not the issue. I am on my way to BestBuy now to swap out for a replacement wireless combo and let them figure the connection problem.

Samsung Flawed Monitor Ergonomics

The user must reach around the screen to use a "joystick" to adjust and turn on & off the monitor. REALLY! The joystick feels fragile and it is only a matter of time before that breaks. Why not have a simple on/off touch tactile button on the front along with adjustment buttons as Samsung former monitors possessed.

However, the one I received from the store of has some dead pixels in the bottom right corner upon powering it up for the first time. It needs to go back to the store for an exchange. Would change to 5-star as long as the next one is issue free.

The user has to switch between HDMI and VGA manually even only one source is available.

These two screws were nowhere to be found in the box for BOTH of the monitors I purchased. Now I have to go all the way to the hardware store to find the right screw for this specific case. I thought I’d be able to set it up right away. Super annoying to not include just two screws needed for your specific product, Samsung

Just make sure if you buy it that it blows yours out in less than two weeks or you won’t be able to return it. That’s store policy and if you try to call customer service they tell you they can’t override it. Don’t try to ask for a manager or they’ll tell you the manager isn’t available due to high call volume so you’re stuck with an almost new product that you can’t use because you don’t want to have to replace your third laptop.
