    I am very disappointed in this product. I purchased the item as a Christmas present for my son, and three months later it does not turn on. Screen is black. Best Buy says they can't help and Samsung is saying I have to pay to have it repaired. I wouldn't reccommend purchasing this product!!!

    Power cord limitations

    The cord needs to be longer, especially when using two monitors, in order to reach an average distanced power outlet. Otherwise, there is a sloppy look us power cords dangling, or worse, you cannot position the monitors properly. Seems to be an unnecessary limitation.

    Absolutely unsatisfied. This item did not come with a power cable when it should have one. I've purchased the exact same item in the past & this is very inconvenient &, to be quite honest, annoying.

    Price good but quality just forgot it. No brightness option and no sensor buttons as on my previous sumsung monitor models which is more than 5 yrs old.

    wanted another screen for work and this was cheap and seemed like it would do the job. It does. But because it does not have a frame when I got a new desk and wanted to mount it, there was no way to so I ended up donating it to Goodwill.

    Bad Store Pickup Experience

    The product itself is good, but the store pickup experience was horrible where I had to wait for almost an hour for someone to bring the product out from the store. And this only happened after I complained while sitting in my car waiting.

    Ordered it online early in the morning and went to pick it up at the store five hours later. Not ready. Being in a hurry I just went to the department, got it and went to the register to pay and cancel my first order. Had to get a manager involved. Could not give me a receipt for my cancellation. Terrible terrible terrible

    not crazy about it, the base would be better if it is round. the legs stick out too much and take up space on my desk.

    Bad monitor - would not recommend buying this. I would also not recommend buying it from Best Buy as there are other better customer service models that are better quality and provide better customer experience.

    We have purchased two of these. One died after a year and four months, the other had stuck pixels within the first few weeks. Definitely stay away.
