    This was an amazing monitor but as soon as I started using the built-in features I began to have problems. Would only recommend if you plan on just using it as is out of the box.

    1 star. This monitor burned out my HDMI port in my CPU. Would have a lit background but wouldn't work otherwise.. I tried VGA, HDMI and nothing worked. Hoping I can fix my HDMi on my PC.

    Could not get the backside "joystick" control to work right and contacted Samsung four times on the matter. They even told me to replace the VGA cable. That was a waste. I'm ready to dump it and get something that can be controlled, or at least turned off without it taking effort and a few minutes to do. To fix the problem, since it wasn't bought directly from Samsung, it would take time and effort working through a third party. Meanwhile there would be no monitor to use. it's ok once it's operating.

    I bought 2 monitors.. one Monitor start flickering and giving vertical color strips just using less than a month .. In general i have a good experience with samsung . may be i have received a defective monitor randomly . But disappointed

    Wouldn’t purchase again because of quality. Unlike many other monitors, this one will not stand the test of time and makes everything really blotchy, but I guess I should’ve known since it wasn’t to pricy.

    You can see light out of the top, and pixels are a little obvious. Best Buy did not honor price match guarantee either.

    died in less than a week

    After less than a week it stopped working. The backlight was on but nothing appeared on the screen. I tried different cables and connected to several devices to check it but nothing changed. It didn't even show the menu. I was really disappointed.

    Fonts look blurry
