It's the perfect size for my desk, it has a good stand, and it looks great. I'm not a gamer, I just use it to do work and watch the occasional video, and it looks crisp.

Cons: - Died after 3 months. Every 3 hours it flickers with vertical stripes burned in. Burn in stays even after unplugging HDMI and takes an hour to fade away. Between this it seems fine which makes it time consuming to prove. - Samsung's support website and emails had NULL and JS errors, and I had to find a box and buy bubble wrap because Samsung only paid for shipping. - Only 1 HDMI port, no Display Port. - No speakers, but at this price that is forgivable.

I use the computer for 3D Cad and electronics design. This monitor is an excellent choice for this use as the color rendering and brightness generate outstanding images. I cannot comment on high frame rate videos or gaming but overall this is a very impressive monitor and well worth considering.
