Supports a lot of the new technologies, and has a good refresh rate. It's not the tip-top of the line, but you're not paying top of the line prices, so it's a good choice if you don't need or want the very bleeding edge bells and whistles, or just don't want to pay for them.

Excellent Monitor For A Great Price

I use this as a second monitor that is vertical, the bezels are extremely thin, the picture quality is great, and its extremely easy to mount to a different stand.
