I originally purchased an open box at a different Best Buy, but when I got it home I discovered the stand was missing so I had to take it back. I found another open box, which was this purchase. It was a complete product even with the instruction manual. I'm happy with it.

The resolution and contrast are also good. I can not comment on gaming features since I don't use my computer for that purpose. However, YouTube and streaming is sharp.

good slim monitor, eye saver mode could be better

Only one thing I don't like the Eye Saver Mode, when it is on, it makes screen pretty dark I have the same mode on my other Samsung Curved monitor and that works better. I cannot complain, I got it on sale.
