overall good product but have to wash glasses really good then put lots of rinse aide. if too many dishes, glasses don't rinse well. residue left behind

I shopped at several stores before purchasing the dishwasher, Best buy had the best price on this product. Once I got it home and installed it I was very pleased by the low decibel levels the dishwasher produced almost silent. Dishes come out spotless.

I heard great things about this dishwasher and if I didn't have to re-wash at least 10 dishes and half of the silverware after each time I used it, it would have been a great deal. I returned it and got a Bosch and am extremely happy.

We've had this dishwasher for about a month and find it does the job perfectly and quietly. The hidden controls work seamlessly and it remembers your last cycle so if you always use "Smart-wash", you only need to power it up and shut the door, that's it! I washed crystal in it and it came out perfect.

I really like that the control panel is on top of the door instead of on the outside of the door. On our last dishwasher, the buttons of the control panel were plastic and on the outside. Eventually the plastic cracked and the outside of the dishwasher looked awful! This dishwasher is very attractive.

Easy to use with lots of space and options for cleaning dishes.

Very quiet but doesn't clean as well as the one it replaced and dries poorly.

The unit cleans great and not having to rinse due to the internal disposal is awesome. Unit is very quiet and buying it on sale was a bargain for what the other similar units were priced at. Very Happy with it.

Very happy with our dishwasher purchase, the stainless steel looks sharp in our kitchen. Was able to purchase it at a great price when I bought it with all my other appliances at the same time. Staff was very helpful in choosing the right package for me.

This is a very poorly designed dishwasher. The glasses, real glass, fall over in the racks. All of the upper rack spacing is either too wide or narrow so you can't load it efficiently. The bottom racks are just as bad. The wheels are cheap and the racks falls out. As for cleaning, the glasses don't even come out clean. Food particles are still left in the tub. I have to use the "heavy duty" cycle on dishes that just contain "soft" items. I should have gotten my 13 year old Kitchen-Aide fixed. It still beat this machine hands down. Totally regret this purchase. I definitely won't be buying the Samsung's refrigerator I was considering.

Stainless steel look good. No visible buttons/control on the front frace. Great value on sale. One of the most silent in this price range. Only drawback thus far is the limites number to wash cycles - e.g. no "energy saver" cycle or dry option

My wife so happy with the quality of this dishwasher and Bestbuy customer service. I bought the gas range from Lowes at the same time but didn't have good treatment as Bestbuy. We decided our next appliance replacement will be from Bestbuy.

I bought a whole kitchen (oven, fridge, dishwasher) for the half of what each item cost new by buying open items with no damage! Great deals!

This is a great value for the price. Runs quietly and controls are easy to understand. Does have a garbage disposal that makes a loud noise during wash cycle, so be aware before you buy.

Have hadthis for one month now and am very happy with it. The best washer I have ever owned.

We were told, after we had bought it that the machine did not dry the dishes and we were concerned. There was no need though. It does an excellent job.

I had trouble with control panel the first time I used dishwasher. After three weeks the control pane stopped functioning. Returned Samsung to store and replaced with a Bosch.
