I love the look of the controls on top of the unit. Easy loading with removable grids for different size dishes. The unit is relatively quiet.

We bought this dishwasher based on the recommendation of the sales lady at the store. Purchased the Geek Squad protection and went home. First two loads were perfect, has been going downhill since then. Have tried to get some sort of technical help, but nothing ever comes of it. The folks at the store where I purchased it seem to be trying, but that is where it ends. Geek squad is a regional call center, where, you guessed it, not a lot of English is spoken. Have called them several times trying to get something done, been hung up on twice, and supposedly had an appointment to have them come look, but no one called or showed up, so guess that I am on my own with this. I waited to review this product for a couple of months to try and get something done, but it appears that nothing is going to happen, so here it is. If you purchase from Best Buy, do not get the geek squad protection, they aren't coming out, save your money.

It cleans like it is supposed to and it is as quiet as can be. Love the fact I can turn it on during a movie or sporting event and not hear it.

This dishwasher is so quiet that the first time i ran it i didn't even know it was running which is a hugh plus.the semi bad is most things come out spotless and then there's a couple things that come out looking like it isn't washed at all. but i'm a guy and i expect to clean everything which i know isn't going to happen.Over all i'm happy with it and would buy it again

This Samsung model isn't bad, as it cleans the dishes well, but there is no dry option and the sanitize option doesn't seem to do the trick either. Tried using multiple brands of rinse aid but nothing seemed to work. We decided to return this model for a Bosch, which cost more but had the dry cycle we wanted. All in all, this Samsung model was a good dishwasher, but if you want your dishes to be completely dry, would recommend an upgraded model or a different dishwasher entirely.

It is a very quiet machine and has plenty of room to load I like the adjustable rack it allows versatile cleaning/ loading. The dishes are cleaned very well without scraping. It was a very good buy and nothing could compare too it for the money

This is a great dishwasher and it super quiet. I love it. I loved this dishwasher so much that this is the second one I have purchased through Best Buy. Nothing wrong with the first one, I left it in house when I moved and replaced the dishwasher in this house with the same Dishwasher. I love Samsung products and purchasing them through the Best Buy.

The best thing about this machine, is that it is whisper quiet. I mean we could be standing next to it and still not hear it. Secondly, the rubber tipped "fingers" seem to be a little misplaced. Either that or i dont know how to load this machine yet. 98% of the items come out spotless, every once in a while i get a dirty one, which may also be due to me not knowing how to load it properly. The only real complaint i have is that the items still come out a little wet. I think i have figured a solution, once the load is complete let it dry for about a half hour, then open the door to let the steam out. I think this is due to making such a well insulated machine, that it does not allow the heat to escape, which in turn causes the condensation to occur. Once you learn the little tricks this is a great machine...

Great dishwasher. Very quit and cleans really well. Looks great next to our Samsung refridgerator.

It does a great job cleaning tough stains and it's really quiet. Love the fact that it has a built in garbage disposal! The only thing I don't like about it is it doesn't dry everything 100% like my 1990 ancient old school dishwasher did! I guess nothing like the oldies huh.

Have had good luck so far. Gets dishes clean and are typically dry when done, but usually wash in sanitize mode. Takes a while to complete cycle though (2.5 hrs). Only real complaints so far are not being able to open during cycle and have it finish where it left off when door is re-closed and not having a "clean" indicator of some sort.

We have had bad experiences with dishwashers our last a Kitchen aid had the repair guy out 3 times year one then died at 14 months so I wanted something different and this was it. So far no problem great wash results and really quiet

While the design is great and I like the stainless steel tub, the plate holders don't accommodate odd plates or plates with lips because they are too close together. Flat plates work just fine.

We got this dishwasher to match the other samsung appliances we bought. It looks great was an easy install. It cleans the dishes great as long as you use rinse aid like it suggests. It's super quiet too. The buttons are cool and hidden. Easy to clean. The inside looks cool too.

This machine in so quiet. It holds more dishes than what I am used to and has plenty of height in the upper compartment for taller glasses and stemware. I love that it shows me which cycle it is on by lights and that the panel is almost a sensor panel so I don't have to push the cycle setting aggressively. Once it is done it lets out a soft signal. When putting dishes in, it softly closes shut at latches itself (no double checking). Finally, The whole structure of this machine is stainless, well insulated and fits snug in it's cabinet slot sealed by the rubber seal surrounding the outer structure. Awesome!
