Not worth the money

Does not clean everything on the first cycle and the way the rack wires are situated, they don't go in the same direction for easy loading. Not user friendly. However, the two things I do like about it is that it's much quieter than my last dishwasher and does not take as long during the cycles.

I called Samsung and they told me they could come look at it but if it’s an installment issue then I will have to pay for it because installation is not included in the 1 year warranty. I scheduled an appointment and I just got an email yesterday that it was cancelled, don’t know why. I will have to call them again. Until then I can’t use it which is very disappointing.

I already checked. It just doesn’t do a good job drying.

The racks are unintuitive and a little frustrating. I hate that the clean light doesn't stay on long. Our last dishwasher left the light on until the door was open. I miss that. The utensils drawer is awkward. But it does wash our dishes which is really why I needed it
