I like that the controls are on the top and cannot be triggered by someone leaning up against them. It is pretty quiet - needs Jet Dry to dry the dishes despite the sanitizing/high heat dry functions. For the lack of inventory on the market during the pandemic, this seemed to be the best value.

The installation process was straightforward. The machine is slightly noisy, but it cleans effectively. Despite using heat dry and a drying agent, there does seem to be a noticeable amount of water left at the end of the cycle.

I like that the top rack is adjustable. Nice feature. Dishes come out clean and the unit itself when it is running is quiet. Nothing bad to say about it and am happy with my purchase.
