We rinse the dishes before putting inside so don't know if there is heavy residue that it will clean well but for how we use it, it is good. One main downside and irritating thing is; it does not have a light on the front to let you know when dishes are clean. You have to open to find out since the indicator light is under the counter. If you have a teen or child that does not put dishes away, will grab a plate and close it and when you check you think it's dirty. No light on the front would change my mind buying this dishwasher. Overall the quality is good enough not to deal with a hassle of return, Uninstall, and reinstall. Good luck for the ones who have to pay for that.

Well thise pieces are not. Check the installation guide for accurate description if what hardware is and is not included.

Probably the best thing about it. It's beautiful. Only thing is that our dishes (especially our bowls) are bigger than what this dishwasher is designed for. We're working around that by doing less-crowded loads.

Only complaint is if you position something large in front of the soap dispenser, it will sometimes not completely use the soap and require an extra cycle. Overall it works great.

It is much louder than the sales person said it was going to be and when it is on the drying setting, it makes this high pitched humming sound. When it is done, the dishes are still covered with water, the inside of the dishwasher looks like someone sprayed it with a hose and closed it. We bought this sight unseen because there were not many choices in store that were in stock. The price was great, and it had the adjustable top rack we wanted. We were told the inside was all stainless except for the base, but it turns out the only the door appears to be stainless. I would not recommend this dishwasher. Spend a little bit more and buy a quieter one that will really dry your dishes as well.
