It's so quiet compared to our old one! Probably the best thing about it. It's beautiful. Only thing is that our dishes (especially our bowls) are bigger than what this dishwasher is designed for. We're working around that by doing less-crowded loads.

There are some pieces of hardware that usually are not include with these that the instruction book said there were. Well thise pieces are not. Check the installation guide for accurate description if what hardware is and is not included.

We had so many issues with the precious unit and glad we purchased this one- its quiet and the filter is easy to access and clean. Great quality for the price.

I recently purchased the Samsung 24" Top Control Built-In Dishwasher, and unfortunately, my experience has been less than satisfactory. Within just nine months of ownership, I've had to schedule service calls not once, not twice, but four times already, and I'm currently awaiting my fifth. The repeated issues I've encountered are deeply concerning. The laundry list of failures includes the pump, heater, and circuit board, all of which have malfunctioned at various points. This ongoing saga has not only been inconvenient but also a significant disappointment given the initial expectations I had for a reputable brand like Samsung. While the dishwasher's design and features may seem appealing, the constant need for service and the unreliability of its core components have left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I strongly advise potential buyers to consider investing a little more in a higher-quality unit from a different brand. In the long run, it may save you the headache of frequent breakdowns and the inconvenience of multiple service calls. In conclusion, my experience with the Samsung dishwasher has been far from ideal, and I cannot recommend this particular model based on its performance and reliability issues.

It's quiet and nice looking. Doesn't consistently clean as well as I'd like though.

This was great I have a condo for rent and the renters dishwasher broke on them so I replaced it with this one and wow they loved it fit snug and everything!! Easy build no hassle no struggles either

It cleans the dishes, but does not dry them, despite having "heat dry" as a setting option. It is much louder than the sales person said it was going to be and when it is on the drying setting, it makes this high pitched humming sound. When it is done, the dishes are still covered with water, the inside of the dishwasher looks like someone sprayed it with a hose and closed it. We bought this sight unseen because there were not many choices in store that were in stock. The price was great, and it had the adjustable top rack we wanted. We were told the inside was all stainless except for the base, but it turns out the only the door appears to be stainless. I would not recommend this dishwasher. Spend a little bit more and buy a quieter one that will really dry your dishes as well.

Dishes do not fit right in the layout... weird stops prevent you from using some of the space and a few of the guides were bent and forced out side the storage area- finally figured out how to bend and out back into the area to stop preventing ability to use last plate holder on right side.

Looking for a medium-priced dishwasher to match our other stainless appliances. It's still fairly new but pleased with the look and efficiency. And surprised that it's quieter than expected!

This dishwasher is poorly laid out. Upper rack feels way too low. Tines that separate dishes and cups feel too close together. Loved our old Maytag dishwasher. This one just feels like a let-down.

The machine itself is quiet, which is good - but the key pad isn't very touch sensitive and sensor isn't very loud, so it's hard to tell if it responded to the selected cycle. Overall, does a good job but you MUST use the Finish product or you'll have spotty glasses. The inside is both plastic and stainless, had I known, I would have ordered a different one. Not a bad product

Great dishwasher! Our other Samsung dishwasher broke we ordered this one in place of it, and have had no issues!

works great. very stylish. not high end and not low end. I would buy again. I like the clean look of the front as the controls are all at the top of the machine. decently quiet. Good for the price as compared to Bosch or LG.

Very easy to remove old dish washer and replace with this one. Easy to follow instructions. Though it did not make sure to mention to check if garbage disposal hose insert is open. It easy to open, just push some force to create the open inside.
