It takes too long to wash dishes and even then, dishes come out with food still stuck to them, But even worse than that, after only 2.5 years of use by a family of 4 people, the part of the upper rack rusted and fell off ! It never happened to me before and all reps at Samsung are very good at politely ignoring you and insisting that it is a normal occurrence. I had used Whirlpool dishwashers in the past and they never had a single part rusted on them. What a shame! So, may be, Samsung should stick to making phones, or wait they are failing at that too! When will they start listening to their customers?

Probably the best thing about it. It's beautiful. Only thing is that our dishes (especially our bowls) are bigger than what this dishwasher is designed for. We're working around that by doing less-crowded loads.

Well thise pieces are not. Check the installation guide for accurate description if what hardware is and is not included.

Tines that separate dishes and cups feel too close together. Loved our old Maytag dishwasher. This one just feels like a let-down.

My dishes were never any cleaner after the first wash. Yes I washed once and got a blinking light on my express 60. Because of this I can not recommend this dishwasher. I don't want to go as far as to say it's a brand issue because I have owned Sammy Dishwashers in the past with no issues. With this product, I was surprised that it went down this early.
