We bought this new dishwasher because our other one was dying. Love the stainless front panel and it's amazingly quiet. It does chime at the beginning and end of cycle to let you know when it ends. Otherwise, it's practically noiseless!

This dishwasher came as a part of a bundle. I had it installed about a month ago. It ran well when it was tested. I’ve used it one other time with no issues. I gave it a 3 because of the motor issues I’ve had with the refrigerator and microwave. I do not trust the quality of Samsung kitchen appliances.

A bit pricy for the basic functions but very good and easy to use

I truly love this dishwasher after not having one work correctly in years. The only complaint I have is the bottom and top shelves are to close together and I can no longer wash larger pans in them and my dishes need to be washed twice because they are still dirty from time to time where my previous dishwasher always washed well the first time.

It's very quite not much sound when it is washing the dishes.

We recently moved and bought all new appliances. Our refrigerator was one wonderful purchase. All the products that we purchased were a Samsung. It did take a little of time for them to all get delivered and installed but we have them all now and we love our Samsung house!

Great dishwasher to use and nice and quiet. Not too many buttons

If I knew how to return this I would. The two rack locations make no sense. The top rack is big but makes it so that it’s way too close to the bottom. That means plates barely fit and cooking utensils don’t fit. Plus because of what’s inside everything stays wet. Not a good dishwasher and I am washing more by hand now. Very much regret this purchase. It’s getting 2 stars since it functions and the stop buttons are nice.

The item works great. I just wasn't too happy with the geek squad service. I had to reschedule twice since the appointments set, where not follow by the person installing the dishwasher. Also when called the number to very appointment the service representative was super rude, stated that i was wrong with my times, I have stated that I got a call/confirmation email and text with times and that he was wrong, He said theres no way we schedule any time like that, it's not on our schedule. for example my apt time was set for 7-1pm and when none showed up, I called and the representative said no, it was scheduled for 9-2pm. When I had confirmation emails/text/calls, stating other wise. very annoying.

I havent used it or installed it yet my new home is not ready yet but once I do I will defintly give a review of it price was great customer service was awsome the product well we will see

Great looking washer at an affordable price. The only issue i didnt consider was the handle that was sticking out. I had an issue where one of the cabinet drawers would hit the handle.

Looks nice and does what a dishwasher should do for a good price.

The dishwasher works great but the stainless steel front is a pain to keep smudge free. I have followed the directions suggested but it’s still very hard to keep it looking perfect. Picked this one because the handle matched the other appliances but now wish I had picked a different one. Maybe one with some black on it.

So far so good. No issues. Looks nice. Pretty quiet. Does let off a faint high pitched sound when in heated dry mode but it's just a minor annoyance. Still quieter than my old dishwasher.
