I have followed the directions suggested but it’s still very hard to keep it looking perfect. Picked this one because the handle matched the other appliances but now wish I had picked a different one. Maybe one with some black on it.

I just wasn't too happy with the geek squad service. I had to reschedule twice since the appointments set, where not follow by the person installing the dishwasher. Also when called the number to very appointment the service representative was super rude, stated that i was wrong with my times, I have stated that I got a call/confirmation email and text with times and that he was wrong, He said theres no way we schedule any time like that, it's not on our schedule. for example my apt time was set for 7-1pm and when none showed up, I called and the representative said no, it was scheduled for 9-2pm. When I had confirmation emails/text/calls, stating other wise. very annoying.

Our refrigerator was one wonderful purchase. All the products that we purchased were a Samsung. It did take a little of time for them to all get delivered and installed but we have them all now and we love our Samsung house!

Great affordable washer

The only issue i didnt consider was the handle that was sticking out. I had an issue where one of the cabinet drawers would hit the handle.

Does let off a faint high pitched sound when in heated dry mode but it's just a minor annoyance. Still quieter than my old dishwasher.

The operation is smooth and cleans very well. Be careful when you install it though, as the door latch could break if you are not careful and rough with it.

Since I was replacing all of my appliances with stainless steel, I loved this one for the price. Works well. Only thing I really dislike is the inside of the door keeps moisture on it and the door doesn't dry unless I keep it open after running it. Other that it, it works well.

Dishes need to be rinsed and sometimes it doesn't drain completely and will have stinky water standing in the bottom. In the future, I will spend the extra for a Bosch again.

The dishwasher drains water from the previous cycle at the beginning of every cycle before starting the cycle. If you do not plan on using the dishwasher for a few days, hold down the start button for three seconds to drain the remaining water to help with the smell.
