Don’t buy it!

Even the cheap ones in an apartment are better than this one. Dishes and glasses won’t fit in the racks. The set up is very weird. Glasses won’t fit and most of them broke. Had to buy new ones. Silverware falls through the utensil rack. I don’t know what they were thinking when they designed these racks. Even on the shortest cycle it it takes hours to get through the full cycle.

It doesn't dry well and the bottom rack is not spaced out well. Plates can barely fit, but it is quiet. I guess you get what you pay for. I wished a spent a couple hundred more for a better dishwasher

Buttons are nicely hidden in the door on top and comes with great features. Inside is very roomy for lots of capacity. Service and installation went without a hitch.

Buzz when drying, Drain hose too short

Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Because my dishwasher is to the left and around a corner the drain hose is too short, this was not a problem my last dishwasher and would not be a problem if mirrored arrangement, a longer hose does not seem to be available from Samsung. Washer is very quiet except during drying, fan makes 50db buzz during dry cycle. It would be nice if the silverware basket was 2 pieces for times when there is not much silver. The soap door is kind of fussy and never latches first try, a little concerned this will be the first to fail. On the positive side it does seem to clean just fine. Note to BestBuy, the recommend to a friend question, it's not always as cut and dry as yes or no

Misrepresented condition

They had to clean the front so I could verify no damage. The drain hose was crushed in several places. No manual, no packing material at all. Water inside. Looked used. Insulation looked used and torn up. I pulled up the order and we reviewed the “open box condition” with the employees and questioned if it was the right one. It was. Wasted my gas on an hour drive up and back. Do yourself a favor, spend the extra $75.

It works well but does not dry my dishes

However, do NOT waste you money having Best Buy install it. Save the $150 because they left us with ours not installed saying the plug was dead when the only thing they needed to do was flip the switch and turn the plug on.

The installers didn't run drain line correct so it's still unusable at the moment. It holds water in the basin due to this minor fix. Will report back once fixed.
