Multiple dates missed and when they finally came they hooked it up and the product was defective so they had to schedule another one be delivered and installed. Huge waste of time

So I can not rate how well it works. The only flaw I have is that the buttons on top are hard to access as they do not completely come out from the counter top.

At least once or twice a week it doesn't drain, despite keeping all the drain pathways and float sensor free from debris. The door is also quite flimsy and the top panel buttons impossible to see under the lip of a counter. Dishes never really seem to come out clean and there is an awful stink despite cleaning it frequently. The racks are also poorly designed so loading dishes is very inefficient.

This Samsung was beautiful and matched our other appliances. The cleaning functions are great and it leaves the dishes clean and sanitized.

Not even with the Heat dry feature on. I see no difference between cycles where I use the feature and when I don't. If you want your dishes dry, this isn't the product for you. If you don't mind towel drying everything, this is a great little dishwasher with a spacious interior.
