Customers are saying
Customers are positive about the cleaning performance, quiet operation, and ease of use of this dishwasher, frequently praising its value for the price. However, some customers express concerns regarding the long-term reliability and the design of the racks. A few also mention issues with fingerprint smudging and drainage. While many appreciate its attractive appearance, some wish it had fingerprint resistant stainless steel.

Parts rusting and falling off after only 2.5 years
||Posted . Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the worst dishwasher I had. It takes too long to wash dishes and even then, dishes come out with food still stuck to them, But even worse than that, after only 2.5 years of use by a family of 4 people, the part of the upper rack rusted and fell off ! It never happened to me before and all reps at Samsung are very good at politely ignoring you and insisting that it is a normal occurrence. I had used Whirlpool dishwashers in the past and they never had a single part rusted on them. What a shame! So, may be, Samsung should stick to making phones, or wait they are failing at that too! When will they start listening to their customers?
